Pros: Serene and tranquil resort surrounded by lots of greenery. Spacious rooms with balcony. Extremely comfortable Twin Beds with firm mattress & pillows that provided amazing back support! 3 awesome tennis courts to play at, however some reconstruction on the court surface is needed. Beautiful pool to relax and enjoy. Cons: No one attended to us when we arrived at the resort. Had to carry our own luggages into hotel lobby and approach the concierge for check in. Unhelpful and uncaring reception. Fittings and fixtures in the room and bathroom needs to be fixed or upgraded. Should install electric sockets and USB/Type-C charging stations beside the bed. Housekeeping requires better improvement

Nice hotel with plenty of room having balconies, I stayed here for about 4 days it was great experience with good quality of Indian meals options available to choose from, there lunch and dinner buffet were also good. Breakfast has some low options but whatever they had has good taste in it.

While registering for COVID There was an employee shouting and asking, ”I don't know what promotion has been booked through.” We were very numb and embarrassed. I don't know how to answer. I feel bad that the staff greeted like this. And your brother repeated asking Which is our right that we will book with which channel? It should not say hello like this Even to book a promotion That is a sales offer Ask the staff in front of the lobby, he said. Your brother is a GM. The high-level management level should be a good example or model for the staff to follow. Not doing this If there are many people, we feel embarrassed. If you book a promotion or not a promotion, you can ask to see Reservatoin first. Because I don't know which room to be in, which building If you encounter a question like this, the first step into your house. How do you feel it? It's not a heavy matter, but it's absolutely unworthy thing. Please consider it.

Very good service from all the staff who are helpful and courteous , good breakfast variety , beautiful place , we stayed in the pool access suite , with the free admission to the club lounge area where afternoon tea/ drinks are complimentary. The spa is good too, the therapist is very professional and did the acupressure point soo accurately. It was like a therapeutic massage . We will be sure to come again next time .

The facilities are a bit old, there are few guests, and the beach scenery is very good. There is only one swimming pool. There is an elderly American couple who poured their soup in the morning and sunbathing on a chair on the beach. They are in most of the swimming pools and do not allow others to be around. During the event, their attitude was very overbearing and they wouldn't let us pose for photos on the beach. Although we had three minutes to discuss with the elderly American couple to take photos of the belly dance poses on the beach, they were very arrogant and shouted at the waiter to drive us away with an expulsive tone. It's really puzzling. At the end, the group general manager of Royal Chain came over to apologize and say hello, but in the end he left a very bad impression on me.

due to covid situation causing no one to stay So I got a room that has been cleaned for a long time. When entering the floor there is a lot of dust. The corner of the bed has spiderwebs. In the bathroom there is Go ask the staff to help clean it again. It's good service. I didn't try breakfast because I didn't wake up in time at 8:00-10:00, but the school was easy to find, next to the walking street.

Great room, great location but the staff that worked the early afternoon late evening shift. They were rude, mean and disrespectful. The 2 women that worked at the front desk on 12/9 around 6pm were the most cruel and horrible people i ever dealt with at a hotel before. They were insulting me in thai and english being very mean to me and at one point tried to ignore me because i was asking them questions about what is around the area as i had no idea where anything was as i live in the US. They were very mean and racists, they do not like black people at all. Everybody else at the hotel was very nice and respectful during my stay except those 2 asian women. I travel all over the world sometimes staying at different hotels in other countries and these 2 women were the worst i ever dealt with at a hotel anywhere. I dont advise any minority to stay here as you will be disrespected by these 2 women who work there as they probably make minimum wage. I felt sorry for them. I make over $100,000 a year at my job and i travel all over the world so i felt so bad for them. Hopefully someone there can either put them in line or just fire them asap. Stay blessed.

The hotel is old and unhygienic. The air conditioner is very noisy outside the window and it is difficult to fall asleep, but it is ok at this price, and I only stayed for one night. One thing to be commended is that I lost one of my dentures in the bathroom and forgot to take it. I found it in the middle of the night. I was very anxious, and I went back to look for it the next morning. The cleaning lady saved it. I was so happy , thank you very much for her tip too.

This is probably the 4th time I've stayed in this funky guesthouse. Unfortunately this time I was in the midst of coronavirus spreading across Pattaya. For nightlife this location would be hard to beat, however I have noticed they have not updated any utilities or any fixtures and fittings. I always stay in the superior suite, front side and the back side suite, which is a lot quieter. I noticed how hard the bed was, literally no cushion inside bed. Also the sofa has had better days, it was so hard after 10 minutes your bottom goes numb. Apart from the comfort issues of the furniture and bedding, the guesthouse function was satisfactory. If they could provide comfortable bedding and change the sofa, it would still a top-notch stay for night lovers
