The room is clean and average sized, sound insulation is not poor, got weaken up by people above having sex at 3 am when street noises were also loud. But the most upsetting and infuriating incidence was about return of 2 borrowed beach towels. The towels were returned, but I forgot my room number, nut was assured by a man receiving the towel that there would be no problem. To be sure, I found my correct room number from front desk and returned to the towel desk which is in a another building and told the room number to a receptionist on duty who wrote something down and told me that everything was fine. Long story short, when I went to check out 2 days later, I was told that I never returned the towel and was not allowed to leave. I had a taxi waiting for me to go to the airport. I told the front desk people what happened about the towel and was not believed. I had to explain again and again and asked them to check the security surveillance camera and check my luggage for the allegedly missing used, old, worn and dirty towels. I was finally let go after over 20 agonizing and torturous minutes. ***! I never had such meticulous experience anywhere else. Customer service sucks big time!
