This proved to be an excellent choice of hotel for a long weekend stay. The hotel has its own private beach with a beach bar and restaurant. The beach is kept spotlessly clean and is so much quieter and more peaceful than the beaches elsewhere in Pattaya. The swimming pool was great with plenty of sunbeds for relaxing as well as a lovely cafe for a coffee after your swim. Breakfast was perfectly adequate although best to avoid busy times which applies to any hotel. Rooms were clean and very well maintained. The staff were very pleasant and helpful at all times. We shall definitely return to this hotel and stay longer next time.

Although the hotel itself may appear slightly dated, the rooms are spacious and exquisitely designed, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The pool is stunning and provides a delightful opportunity to relax and take a refreshing swim while enjoying the beachside ambience. Additionally, there is a small sandy area adjacent to the beach, which I found preferable to the stony beach nearby. I rented an apartment from Airbnb. The hotel rooms are basically the same as the apartment I rented. Going through the entry door in to a small area of the corridoor where the kitchenette is. This leads in to the lounge area which in turn leads to the bedroom and on to the bathroom. All well layed out and comfortable. Plenty of hot water from the shower and the air con, in the lounge and the bedroom , work well. Good quality towels .Sliding doors seperate the lounge/bedroom/bathroom. Sliding doors to the terrace which, in the two rear tower blocks are large enough for sun loungers, though the terraces do not get the sun, which means the apartments stay fairly cool even when the outside temperature is very high. Lifts take guests to the lower level for the beach, pools and beach restaurant and bar. The beach restaurant food is expensive and not very good. The kitchen is in the main hotel so the food is usually verging on cold by the time it gets to the restaurant. The pool areas are kept clean but the beach area in front of the resort is not cleaned properly, if at all. There are sun loungers available provided free for Modus guests. Beach/pool towels are available free from a kiosk by one of the three pools. (Plus a childrens pool.) At present no other eating areas or bars are open. There is a lot of work planned for the resort, especially around the pool and beach areas so at some stage these areas will be noisy and dirty. (Best to check). The town area starts about 10 to 15 minute walk. Two 7/11's, Family Mart and Big C mart in this area. Good restaurant, with good prices, follow the main road. Just on from there are 2 laundrettes. There are also 2 laundrys run by locals. ( one just before before the town). Plenty of massage 'parlours', they all charge the same prices. Many bars and restaurants are still closed but there are still quite a few to choose from. Follow the raod through the town to the main road in to Na Klua proper where there are plenty of bars, restaurants and a mall ( as everywhere the mall has expensive stores, and food areas. Check around for food there are some good, reasonable price eating places.) Close to the resort there is a shack/stall to buy fruit, water, drinks and grilled items. Turn right instead of left at the top of the road 100 metres from the resort and follow the track which leads to another beach which has restaurant, sun loungers. Also the closest 7/11 mart. Taxis are expensive. From the airport to the resort is minimum 1,800baht. (one way). Return journey 1,000baht. For shortish journeys from or to the resort use a motorbike taxi. Very reasonable prices. This beach is not very long and neither is the one that fronts the Modus Resort. Also, a few metres from the shore the sand turns to mud.Not too much of a problem as drops quite deep quite quickly.

After staying in Bangkok City for 3 nights, I wanted a beachfront hotel with a nice pool to lounge in. More importantly, our thai friends were fur parents so must have a pet friendly accommodation. So amidst the more modern hotel options available, we chose this hotel. We stayed for 2 nights in Pattaya. PROS: 1. Swimmable beachfront during the morning. Waves were strong the afternoon. 2. Relaxing seaview and the coastal skyline from the room balcony. 3. Room was outdated but had the basic features for a relaxed stay. 4. Breakfast was limited but filling. 5. Pet friendly villas available across the street from the hotel but on the expensive side.  6. The highlight is the 2 tier pool with waterfalls. Very relaxing. COULD BE IMPROVED: 1. Likely due to the pandemic, the staff were few so general maintenance and cleanliness was lacking. Pool had dried leaves at the bottom upon opening in the morning. Please look into it. 2. Beachfront had some garbage on top of the sand but not visible. I am raising this because there was broken glass bottle which i stepped on. Fortunately i reacted quickly so did not puncture. The beach maybe your top asset so please assign people to maintain it. In conclusion, we had an ok stay because it was pet friendly. Nothing fancy but the beach and pool were its highlights. But will try other beachfront options which are plentiful next time when we are not with pets.

The rooms are in need of major refurbishment, old and worn out. Everything didn't seem to work. We checked into a family room and did an inspection. -toilet bowl had a stench when opened up the cover -towels fell off the rack and were in the bathtub -both tvs didn't work and needed to call maintenance to come up -hair were found on the old hotel phone -stains all over the couch Plus side -hotel amenities such as gym and pool were good -shuttle to terminal 21 -checkin process was good and the manager made us feel at home I made this booking in a hurry and didn't do enough research and regret instantly

Decent hotel with decently sized rooms. Cleanliness is good, very comfortable bed, room is quiet - good quality sleep. Very good water pressure. Good WiFi. I dont' like the ''Dont' do ...!'' signs everywhere. Especially the one about toilet paper. Throwing used toilet paper into an open bin next to toilet is something SO disgusting! And you want to charge me 3000,- THB if I dont do it? Do your job and install proper pipes in your sewage system, like in any other civilized country. Breakfast is good, fresh coffee. Staff actually cleaning tables and being helpful.

Having stayed here multiple times, we booked this hotel for a long weekend away. Once again, the staff were attentive, room was clean and swimming pool area is nice and chilled. However, on one of the nights we were woken up at 2am by the room next door. A guy had clearly come to Pattaya for the obvious reasons a lot of men do and decided to use this hotel as his base. The women proceeded to sob/scream for an hour, with the man constantly telling here to be quiet and console her. This obviously raised alarm bells, so I rang down to reception asking them to check. They said they would. 20 minutes went by and nothing had changed. Very angrily myself and my partner both walked down to reception from the 4th floor and insisted someone came up immediately. They said they would get security to check. This once again did not happen, but they decided it would be a good idea to call our room telephone to ask why we were complaining. This noise then continued for another 1h30mins, until the male finally fell asleep. This was all due to the connecting door that is in each of the rooms, which leads you directly into the room next door. It is obviously locked, however, as this shows, nose travels very easily that you may as well be in the same room. We spoke to reception in the morning and the only thing they could do for us was give us a later check-out which was pointless as we had to leave anyway.

Персонал - вежливый, доброжелательный, русскоговорящих нет. Номер был в первом корпусе - Делюкс с двумя кроватями (большая двуспальная и односпальная) - очень просторный, все необходимое есть. Кондиционер - встроенный, работает шумно, единственный минус, ночью пришлось выключать. Еще нет сушилки для белья, выручила дежурная бельевая веревка и прищепки, которые всегда в чемодане. Чай, кофе, сахар, сливки, вода в номере - бесплатно, ежедневно пополняются. В ванной комнате - шампунь, кондиционер для волос, гель для душа - все в больших бутылках, можете с собой не брать. Завтраки очень разнообразные, с супчиками, овощами, яйцами, несколькими видами горячих мясных, рыбных и овощных блюд, фруктами и выпечкой, претензий вообще никаких, всего хватает, во сколько бы не пришли, блюда быстро пополняются. Конечно, какие то блюда для меня были очень вкусные, какие-то менее, но это дело вкуса. Ажиотажа в ресторане нет, свободный столик всегда был, много народа - по выходным. Официанты убирают столики мгновенно. Уборка номера - нормально, ежедневно, пол подметают, протирают, полотенца меняют ежедневно. Кто едет с маленькими детьми, имейте ввиду, территории с садом у отеля нет, всё ограничено корпусами и бассейном. Бассейн, кстати, с морской водой, но не глубокий, для детей - комфортно, есть небольшие горки, взрослым - по пояс. Очень понравилась отдельная детская зона для малышей с детской площадкой, совсем мелким бассейном, песочницей, фонтанчиками, водяными пушками, под которыми можно бегать. По субботам днем в этой части проходит пенная пати. Много пены и детской радости! Пляжные полотенца выдаются во 2-м корпусе, рядом с тренажерным залом под запись в журнал. Здесь у тайцев всё строго, записывают даже время приема-сдачи. Расположение у отеля - отлично. Море в 5 минутах (сворачивайте направо, дойдите до Фэмилимарт, затем через дорогу налево в проулок). Можно пойти и налево от отеля, но дорога до пляжа будет чуть длиннее. Пляж чистый, без мусора и водорослей, море - обычное для Паттайи, теплое, но не прозрачное, есть водные развлечения. Лежак - 100 батт за день. Не хотите платить, можно расположиться на песке рядом, тенёчек от деревьев - до обеда. В принципе, комфортно. За белым песочком и чистой водой - это на острова. Ближайший - Ко Лан. Минут 15-20 до Пирса на тук туке или такси, на пирсе садитесь на паром до пляжа Таваен за 30 батт, или на спидбот за 300 - и будет вам счастье. Также чуть дальше по дороге направо от отеля есть большая прачечная самообслуживания. 5 кг белья можно постирать за 40 батт, столько же отдельно сушка, там же в автомате продают порошок и кондиционер для стирки за 5 батт в разовых упаковках. Очень удобно, я воспользовалась. Рядом с прачечной - небольшая бургерная, готовят вкусно, быстро. Ужинать ходили, в основном, в 21 терминал

Nice rooms with extremely comfortable beds Amazing Stay 🤩 and super wow. The room small but comfortable and very clean. I briefly stayed at this hotel after a nip and tuck and I have to say the beds are extremely comfortable and the hotel is very clean. I was hesitant to stay here because it’s a 3 star but it should definitely be at least a 4 star for cleanliness and comfort. I would stay here again.

The apartment is close to the beach. Even if you don’t go out, you can stand by the window and see the sea view not far away. When the sun is shining, I look at the blue sky, white clouds and the waves surging, and I feel very good. There are many local restaurants around the apartment, so you can also experience local cuisine. The apartment rooms are clean and tidy, spacious and bright.

Nicely decorated room and breakfast area. The pool inside the villa is only good for kids or selfies. Pool is very shallow, 60cm deep, so not possible for adults to swim in it. There is no large communal pool in this hotel and outside terrace is very small. Located near the highway so all guests will need a car to go anywhere.

It is clean and tidy, looks bright, and has enough space for a few people. And not far away is the beach, don’t worry about where to go, it’s a nice place. The only thing I am dissatisfied with is that the facilities in the room are a bit lacking, and the water has to be bought with mineral water. I am not very relieved when I drink it. I hope it can be improved in the future.
