It was the most perfect stay !! The hotel is fabulous, very authentic, well situated just next to Dubar Square, and the breakfast is wonderful. A little bit noisy at night but that's the price to pay to be in the center anyway.

Amazing location (walking distance of the patan main attractions 5 min and around 10-16 min from the airport - if no traffic); hotel is located in a quiet place although very central. I arrived at 2 AM to the hotel, called the hotel to inform that I was going to arrive late and the staff went to pick me up in the street. Staff is AMAZING and very kindly!! Breakfast amazing (eggs;fruit;toast;muesli; coffee; tea - all included and in can choose); room very cozy; NO HOT WATER! For the hair dryer, you have to ask in the reception to borrow. Please remind to bring toothbrush, paste and basic necessaries. The hotel will give towels, shampoo and soap.

The location is quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle, and the traditional Newari courtyard is very distinctive. The only regret is that the floor height is very low, Mind your head haha

I love to staying here. The location of the hotel is near Patan Durbar Square which is only 5min by walking and it is so nice to look around.They have different types of rooms and very beautiful garden where they serve breakfast. I really like the breakfast there is many options to choose. The staff were very kind, helpful and friendly.Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Found this amazing place through friends. Tucked away but welcome to this little paradise. Few hundred meters from the patan durbar square yet in a quiet location distancing itself from the chaotic patan. Breakfast was excellent in a lovely setting. Garden is beautiful. Plenty of restaurants and marts nearby. Don't think twice to book. Recommended.

I loved staying here! The room was fabulous and comfortable - it even had a rocking chair. It may have challenged taller guests but rooms with more headroom are available. The staff were exceptional - helpful, knowlegeable and friendly. They only offer a limited selection for breakfast and no other meals, but there are plenty of good options nearby. The location is perfect and don't be put off by the approach, the staff will help bring your luggage from the road and all is good when you get through the outer door to the coutyard. It really feels like an authentic taste of living in a traditional Nepalese home.

From the first day we stayed at the hotel, the staff treated us so well. The location of the hotel gives one of the best experiences to get the pure feel of Patan. The location is near Patan Durbar Square which is only five minutes away by foot and it’s so nice to look around. Also, huge thanks to the owner Naveen, who went above and beyond to make sure we made use of our stay and were able to explore all of Kathmandu!

Really nice place. It’s a very old Newari house possibly 200 years old run by the family. They have different type of rooms with a very beautiful garden where they serve breakfast. I really likes the breakfast also esp since it is freshly prepared.

The staffs here is just first rated, super friendly and very informative of everything we need to know in visiting this really cool part of Kathmandu. We stayed with them for over a week and really got to know and love the Patan neighbourhood. The hotel is located off the main road so is very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast garden is cover with fruit trees and super cute and refreshing. It's a great location as it's close to the Patan Darbar Square, and being so close, you can go there anytime to experience the authenticity in all its glory.
