Long check in process, poor service.
8am the SPA was closed (we had chosen the hotel for it) and the restaurant was closed at 8am too, we had to go far away in the city to have dinner.

非常驚喜，沒想到300多的房間居然是個小別墅，一個獨棟有四個套間，獨立的客廳，衞生間，卧室，陽台。床非常舒服，房間乾淨，沒有異味。真的有居家的感覺。工作人員態度也很好，酒店的早餐也很豐富，對了，這次在他們酒店吃了一道非常好吃的菜，酸菜紅腰豆，走的想打包一份，可惜餐廳那個時候休息了。

自助早餐，品種豐富，口味很好，適合老中幼，居家旅行，推薦住所，還免費升級了別墅房，免費地下停車場，服務員都很熱情，幫忙拿行李等服務都很積極

首先整體外部環境就很好，那天下了點雨，空氣非常的棒，植物的味道非常清新，酒店房間趕緊整潔，我住的是套一的，客廳卧室分開的，衞生間洗澡水也挺大的，電視機在客廳，客廳還有個平台，門外面是個小花園，居住感非常好。另外，前台服務非常好，很温柔。早餐種類都夠了，中式早餐，每道菜都很好，很家常，現炒的蔬菜比較多，還有説過供應，米線很好吃，有很多種臊子自己可以加，我加了酸菜還有豆豉很好吃。酒店內部就是個花園，吃完飯還可以散步，裏面種了各種各樣的植物，頂部還有種的芒果和可愛的蔬菜，當然不要隨意採摘啊。來了好幾次了，每次都很滿意，最好還是提前定，個人認為攀枝花住着最好環境最舒服的酒店。

酒店在半山腰上遠離市區但安靜舒適。前台免費給我從主樓客房升級到花園庭院的小套房，獨立性和私密性更好。酒店園子不算大但散步足夠了，裏面石榴，蓮霧，芒果，百香果，茄子，辣椒各種果樹蔬菜都有適合小朋友認識大自然。
早餐品種和質量在攀枝花酒店中也算不錯的，但晚餐點餐的魚香肉絲味道非常一般般。
總得來説還是值得推薦是一家不錯的酒店。

很一般，居住的全是老年人要麼就是手術後養傷的傷員。地址在山上，如果去旅遊真不適合，吃飯購物特別不方便，出租車都開錯路了。餐飲雖然酒店自帶，但是餐廳服務員的態度確實不敢恭維，入住時説可以點菜，結果去點菜，短頭髮的服務員，衹推銷她們的所謂自助餐，説點菜少了不好炒。

酒店冬天住的人還是很多，反正在住這兩天沒有早餐，需要自己去買，有一天去的時候説最近有團隊，必須要等團隊用餐完了才能用，中午點餐也是，那這酒店以後就接待團隊算了，還有裏面現在有臨租房，所以有些房間自己在花園裡做飯，所以現在已經沒有度假酒店的感覺了。

在平台上訂的，真的是很好。前台服務的小姐姐都很漂亮很熱情，幫我們升級了房型，房間有兩床，很實用，適合家人多人出行。房間乾淨清爽，設施完備，沒有故障，還有小冰箱和空調，這兩個非常實用，地下停車場可以錄入訊息後不限制出進次數。早點品種多，健康低脂理念。值得推薦。
