Books months in advance for a trip i planned. Showed up exhausted at checkin time 3pm ready to go to sleep with my family. Room wasnt ready and told id be called in 15-20 minutes, i called about 45 minutes later while sitting in lobby cause the line was long. They were asking to place me in another room, i said as long as it has what i already paid for. They said one was available for me. I then got cards for our room and by 430 i was able to finally get to my room to pass out. I had asked for late checkout but they didnt get back to me about that. I was told twice id get points added for rewards for some inconveniences but i didnt reserve through Hilton app. So idk where those "points" went. I was soooo sleepy but i thanked them happily and didnt express how frustrated i was. The lady at the counter was already suppose to be off of work, so i feel she was stressed as well. Next day they knocked earlier than check out time to see if we were ready to get out. Lol. also cant ever find carts for luggage here available so each time i went down and came back up loading my car i was asked if we were all leaving already. I dont like leaving bad reviews but Most likely wont stay here again. I will say that the employees i interacted with at front desk, bar area, and breakfast area were all nice.
