Ridiculous service from the night staff. We requested for an extra bed, but they said it’s fully taken by other guest, then, i just requested for some pillows and bedsheets, and even that, they can’t even fulfil. They really need to improve their service quality. I tried to book their Japanese restaurant, and the front office said it’s fully booked, but when i went down to the restaurant, it wasn’t fully booked. How can they be fully booked on a Monday night? I’m sure The receptionist is just super lazy. This was one of the best hotel in Palembang but the service has just deteriorated. The hotel is actually very comfortable, & Japanese restaurant was still great but the receptionist service is just ridiculous. The owners and management should really look into this. Sad what this has become.
