good location,close to the lrt station and mall.the room is spacious.the mattress is good,big and does not hurt waist when i wake up.there are even 4.the air conditioner is cold.hot water in the bathroom is ok.there is a kettle for cooking hot water as well as tea and coffee. the breakfast menu is good.
