location is right in front of the subway station and very convenient to go anywhere since there are 2 subway stations near by the hotel. However, if you wanna go to city centre like namba/umeda, u can walk but may still need to take subway. (I choose this hotel after considering with a hotel in Namba since I thought I could find more local restaurants, but actually many places closed early...) Overall service are great, but would be better for trainee to do the check-in process with a senior staff since it took a longer process than normal and made a few mistakes although she was super kind. Staffs are all nice and very helpful! Facilities are so clean and the public bath is also good to try!

The location is perfect for enjoying the city and also for catching a metro/train to other areas to explore. The staff were excellent and the breakfast was good enough - but to stop serving at 9:30 am on a Sunday, does seem odd. The rooms are clean and well maintained and everything was satisfactory. Thanks to the team for helping me find my iPad, much appreciated.

It was so good Location, cleanliness, and service are all good. Instead of getting off at Osaka Business Park Station. It's better to get off at Kyobashi Station and take the passage. The hotel stipulates that the check-out time for single rooms is 10 o'clock. There was no special instruction when checking in. When I returned to the hotel at 11 o'clock, I found that all my luggage was missing. The hotel took it to the front desk. They had my phone number, but they did not call or get my consent. He just took my luggage out of the room, which was quite disrespectful to the guests. This kind of hotel management and service attitude should not be recommended. When I complained to the manager, I just kept apologizing and didn't think it was serious. I didn't argue with him because I was in a hurry to go back to my country. Just don't stay there next time. I no longer trust the hotels recommended by Ctrip.

I've traveled Japan quite extensively, and so far, this is the one of the best hotel (for it's value) that I've ever stayed in. At first, I had doubts on the hotel location, seeing that I'm travelling with infant and a big luggage, but to my surprise the location is quite convenient. The connection to the subway station and JR station means you can visit almost every tourist attraction in Osaka. Just a few steps from the subway exit, the hotel provides a shuttle bus which operates every 15-minutes. Although, putting big luggage into the minibus was quite a challenge, once seated in the bus you can breathe a sigh of relief. The receptionist speaks English, so the check-in process is quite hassle free. There's a Family Mart behind the hotel in case you are looking for something to eat at night as the area is quite quiet at night. Inside the hotel there are coin operated laundry, vending machine and ice machine so your basic necessities are covered. I stayed in the Superior Room, which is the biggest room they have to offer us there. It was quite spacious and luxurious, and we really enjoyed the bathtub, which was a relief after a few days of staying in small hotel rooms of Kyoto. The view from the room is spectacular. You can continuously enjoy the view of Osaka Castle in the morning and at night. It must have been much more spectacular once the Sakura trees surrounding the castle is in full bloom. The only thing that I could nitpick on the room is that the bed and the pillow should've been as plush as the room. The breakfast menu is not quite extensive, nevertheless it is quite delicious. I will definitely stay in KKR Hotel Osaka again for my next trip.

Much better than expected. The room is clean and tidy, everything is very comfortable. The city center is convenient to go anywhere. It's a 10 minute walk from Osaka Castle 🤩 the room is cleaned every day, and the maids are super cute and friendly. Room view is also nice. In short, can't fault it. Next time if I visit Osaka again I will definitely book this hotel again. 100 score

This location is very near to osaka castle, within 5minutes walking distance. You can easily access to osaka castle in sunrise or sunset or even midnight to take a good photo shot. Nearby there is 7eleven, lawson, family mart, upon you exit from subway station. Breakfast relatively good range of variation and even free coffee for take away. Room is more spacious than you usually seen in dotonbori or namba area. Very easy access to subway. There is no free amenities like moisturiser, lotion.

Since it will open in November 2020, the interior and facilities are still new, but the room key is not a card type, but a type with an acrylic stick with a room number hanging on an old-fashioned key. The size of the room is standard as a business hotel. The TV is wall-mounted and the screen size is large. There is no wake-up call facility and an alarm clock is placed on the headboard of the bed. The location is quite convenient, surrounded by restaurants and walking to Osaka Castle. The room is a foreign-style family room, very spacious, with sufficient cooking and laundry facilities, and the bathroom is very wide and clean. The quality of the bed is also satisfactory, but the child feels that the tatami bed is too soft. There is a terrace in the room, but unfortunately the outside view is other buildings, blocking the good scenery, there is just an angel sacrifice fireworks meeting but can not be seen in the room, only a little spark, it is a pity. The window of the terrace cannot be opened, it should be concerned about safety issues. The overall stay for three nights felt very comfortable. Hotel customer service was average and could not find a cheap place to park before check-in, but the staff were very polite.

It was a beautiful inn! It was close to the station and was easy to spend as a wide 々. I didn't have much land in Osaka, and I was lost by the time I came to the inn, but the owner responded immediately and was very kind. I will use it again!
