Firstly nice hotel with magnificent view !! This is before all the problems begins !! First I book a deluxe double room and they told me they don’t have a deluxe double room !!! Then they claim deluxe double room means king bed ! Then why call it double room ?????? Secondly, almost got scammed at the breakfast. I was given 4 voucher for 4 nights and I asked the counter if I can use 2 voucher concurrently as I am with my wife. They replied ok. on that day, I presented two voucher to Cooka manager (I came with me and my wife) and they still issued me a invoice to pay for additional guest !! One voucher is for 1 guest and if I give 2 voucher, it is for 2 guest !! And they tried to charge me extra !!!!! Seriously, this is a scam !!!!!! After quarrelling for some time, the manager and another lady told me I have to pay for Tmr breakfast!!!! I was shocked !!! If I eat Tmr, then I pay for the break fast !!!! If I don’t eat, they expect me to pay for what ?? Outrageous Scam !!! Please see the picture attached !!! Cant believe I almost got scammed !!!

When my wife was asked for an ID card when I issued a welcome coupon in Osaka at check-in, I was explained that I couldn't issue a coupon when I told her that I forgot the two preschoolers. Since I came from afar, I checked if I could respond by email at a later date, and my wife was shocked by the cold saying, ”I have no choice but to go back to pick it up.” It's important to say it. I wondered if I didn't remember getting such a thing, and when I searched for a room, there was one of the same styles as the receipt. I was about to throw it away by mistake as garbage. Then, when I went to the dining room again, I was confirmed, ”Is there only one? What is the age of the child later?” When I told him that one person was 5 years old, he was told that there would be an additional charge, and my eyes were focused. When I checked at the front desk, it was said that there would be an additional charge from the age of 5. I read a confirmation email with my eyes on a plate, but I didn't write a word about that. Well, it's not that expensive, so I paid for breakfast, but the number of items is small! It's not surprisingly delicious! Rice smells! My child didn't eat at all, so I hurriedly bought rice balls at a convenience store and let them eat. Everything was too terrible, so I lost my mind to go sightseeing and went home as it was. Before that, I stayed at a hotel near Univa for 2 nights, but it was considerably cheaper and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was also better there. It was wise to stay there for three consecutive nights without changing the inn poorly. I learned.

The hotel is right next to the Namba Parks Shopping mall. For those who opted to use the Nankai Rapid Train can reach the hotel within an hour from the KIX station, if the queue for buying the train tickets is not too long. From train station, it was simply a 5 to 10min max if with big luggage. Around 10 walk to the nearest Namba Metro Station, or 15 min if you choose to use the Hanshin train line for Kobe or Kintetsu line for Nara as the two train lines shared a common station. The room is spacious for Japanese standards but could be bigger in reality for two people to open both luggages at the same time. It’s good that they have designed the toilet area into three separate spaces, so each space can be utilise by a person at a time without crossing the other’s path. Overall, well recommended for everyone who wants to stay in Namba area, and the staff checking in and out for us was the same person with a super nice and welcoming attitude. Such a good memory to remember.

Superb location, and located just above the Nankai Namba station, accessible to most rail lines from the underground. Rooms were considered big for a Japan hotel and service were excellent. Staff were highly professional, friendly and reliable. However, to note that if you wish to use the spa facilities (hot bath and sauna), you will need to get at least a Swiss Select room or higher (executive, suite etc). Otherwise, will need to pay 2200 yen per pax/day for use of the spa facilities. (Suggest for hotel to consider to put the information on their website). For breakfast, we were given an option to buy the breakfast at 20% discount, but will need to book 1 day in advance from hotel lobby. Truly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Fantastic location! We wrote the email to hotel check how to go there, the email that replied by their staff really helps a lot! When you take the escalator reach the second floor, you will see Marriott hotel in front of you. Don’t worry, Hotel trusty just 1 min away. pls refer the the second photo there is a red circle. You can easily find the hotel as long as you follow the instructions that they shared. From here, you can go Nara park with Yamatoji line, Shisaibashi with Midosuji Line etc… Will definitely book this hotel again!!

Excellent station hotel. Stayed in a standard triple room (3 small beds) on weekdays in November 2023. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The single bed has been extended, about 120 cm wide. The room comes with complimentary capsule coffee and bottled mineral water (Japanese hotels usually do not provide free bottled water). Guest rooms are located on the 7th to 16th floors. The counter staff can communicate in English. Station B1 can lead to B1 of the hotel without taking the outdoor surface road. Breakfast (in the landscape restaurant on the 17th floor, with a great view) is a self-service buffet with good dishes, three kinds of fruits, and ice cream.

It's a little far from Tennoji Station, but it's not too difficult to walk. The building and rooms are clean and nice. Amenities and gowns must be brought up from the lobby and some are sold for a fee. I could hear trains going by at night, but it didn't bother me too much. It seems to vary from person to person. Hahaha, I want to try their couple hotel culture when I go to Japan. My boyfriend and I are really scared by the Japanese people who came to the hotel. The room is soundproof and clean, and it provides the pola series of bathing and wiping things. It seems that you can also choose the products you like for free, Pantene, Dove, and the hotel front desk. Going in and out with a key to change the card, there is a night at the front desk, the little brother is super handsome! ! The address of the hotel is OK, the service will say a few words when the front desk enters and exits, it is okay, after all, people are the hourly room. The overall Kansai people are still ok. However, the hotel lobby does not provide luggage, and the lobby is small.

The hotel name is listed outside in English, just have to look up. Check in was on 2F (second floor). Friendly front staff. We had a twin room (two large single beds), small as expected, clean, small bathroom but everything we needed. The room had a kettle, fridge, TV, phone, pajamas, hangers, hair dryer with microwave and pants press just down the hall. Coffee, tea and other amenities could be picked up near the front desk. Small but functional desk with chair and enough room to work on laptop and use a mouse. We had a view out to the main road and the curtains did a fine job making it dark enough for us to sleep. Breakfast was included in our room rate and was very enjoyable and tasty served in a separate breakfast room down the hall from reception. Breakfast was a large variety of Japanese items that we were unfamiliar with but tasted just about all of them, along with rice, soup, coffee, teas and water. The second day, many dishes had changed which were tasty also. We enjoyed the authentic Japanese buffet breakfast immensely, a great chance to taste some of their interesting food culture. Many restaurants and shopping within a few blocks and there is a 7-11 and Don Quijote that are nearby. It is also near the subway and JR Tennoji Station. We would have no problem staying here again if in the area, nice efficient hotel.

Maybe the smallest room that we had with no fridge and a very small bathroom even for Japanese standards. Most of the staff were great except for one older woman who was rude when checking in. Lots of restaurants nearby and very close to the tower, too.
