Firstly nice hotel with magnificent view !! This is before all the problems begins !! First I book a deluxe double room and they told me they don’t have a deluxe double room !!! Then they claim deluxe double room means king bed ! Then why call it double room ?????? Secondly, almost got scammed at the breakfast. I was given 4 voucher for 4 nights and I asked the counter if I can use 2 voucher concurrently as I am with my wife. They replied ok. on that day, I presented two voucher to Cooka manager (I came with me and my wife) and they still issued me a invoice to pay for additional guest !! One voucher is for 1 guest and if I give 2 voucher, it is for 2 guest !! And they tried to charge me extra !!!!! Seriously, this is a scam !!!!!! After quarrelling for some time, the manager and another lady told me I have to pay for Tmr breakfast!!!! I was shocked !!! If I eat Tmr, then I pay for the break fast !!!! If I don’t eat, they expect me to pay for what ?? Outrageous Scam !!! Please see the picture attached !!! Cant believe I almost got scammed !!!

The hotel is right next to the Namba Parks Shopping mall. For those who opted to use the Nankai Rapid Train can reach the hotel within an hour from the KIX station, if the queue for buying the train tickets is not too long. From train station, it was simply a 5 to 10min max if with big luggage. Around 10 walk to the nearest Namba Metro Station, or 15 min if you choose to use the Hanshin train line for Kobe or Kintetsu line for Nara as the two train lines shared a common station. The room is spacious for Japanese standards but could be bigger in reality for two people to open both luggages at the same time. It’s good that they have designed the toilet area into three separate spaces, so each space can be utilise by a person at a time without crossing the other’s path. Overall, well recommended for everyone who wants to stay in Namba area, and the staff checking in and out for us was the same person with a super nice and welcoming attitude. Such a good memory to remember.

I stayed here on a family trip at the end of the year. I arrived by car before noon, but I didn't know where to park at the coin parking lot, so I went to the hotel front desk, where the receptionist gave me a map of nearby coin parking lots and explained to me. There are many coin parking lots around the hotel, but they were all full and it took a while to park. As the evening draws near, the coin parking lot has plenty of space, so if you arrive late, you can park there without any problems. It was very convenient as it was within walking distance of both Koreatown and Tsuruhashi Shopping District. There are two washing machines and two dryers on the 7th floor, and the usage fees are reasonable: 300 yen for the washing machine and 100 yen for the dryer (30 minutes). Amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and toothbrushes were provided in the room, and other combs, body towels, cotton swabs, and cotton were freely available near the front desk on the first floor. The room was also nice and clean. Since our family didn't have breakfast included, we decided to eat outside, but there is a restaurant near the hotel that opens from 7am, and you can have it for 400 yen with coffee, bread, and salad. The name of the shop is Cafe Hide. (Tsuruhashi shopping street)

This hotel is very close to Kintetsu Department Store. If you want to live near Kintetsu, you can choose. But I leave the hotel at 5 am to catch the airport bus. Since the door of the hotel is closed, I took a lot of luggage to find people. I met the kitchen staff and took me through the back door to leave. I was very embarrassed and lost things. The front desk was not on duty at all. Because of this, this hotel will not choose again.

However, there was no bathtub, and instead there was a shower room with a wide 々. The hotel service was simple but the necessary amenities such as free Wi-Fi and new hair dryer were well arranged. The location of the hotel is very convenient, about 10 minutes walk from the station, and the road is easy to understand. There are seven eleven opposite the hotel, and there are many restaurants around. I felt reasonable about the price. Overall very satisfied and I would like to use this hotel again.

Like this hotel very much! The price/performance ratio is very high, the rooms are relatively new, and the location is very convenient. It is very close to the Kintetsu and the subway. There are convenience stores, drugstores, fast food, and noodle shops downstairs. All facilities are complete, and skin care sets in tablets are provided ( DHC's cleansing oil, facial cleanser, toner and lotion), and the front desk also provides hanging coffee, tea bags and bath salts. The service is very good, and the hotel elevator requires card swiping, which has good security and has panels that are convenient for wheelchair users and blind people. Will give this chain priority when going elsewhere.

泊まるだけの目的で急遽利用しました。場所は鶴橋駅のすぐ近くですが、土地勘がなかったため、グーグルマップを利用しながら訪れましたが、しばし周辺をウロウロしました。そのくらい昔ながらの入り組んだ街並みだと思います。ただ、一回たどり着ければ、その後は駅から簡単にアクセスできると思います。部屋や建物はホテルというよりも、マンションといった感じでしょうか。まずチェックイン時の建物に入る際には、インターホンを押し、フロントの方にドアを開けてもらう必要があります。これは建物の椅子に座っていたお兄さんが教えてくれました。チェックイン後にどこかへ出かけて、再度ホテルに入る時には、フロント前に表示されているパスワードが必要になります。お風呂は部屋に付いているタイプもあるみたいですが、部屋にお風呂がない場合は、1Fの共同風呂を利用します。他の方が利用中の場合は、待つことになります。トイレはシャワートイレではありません。朝食は時間がなかったので近所のコンビニで調達しましたが、近所の韓国街では、朝から屋台のようなところでチヂミのようなものを焼いていたので、それらを利用するのもありなのかなと思います。

This was probably the best spacious room on our Japan tour. Very clean as everything in Japan and even with cooking opportunity, the staff at the reception supernice, I have not experienced anything else in Japan. It is quietly located near the Korean neighborhood, which is very interesting, once something culinary different, especially the local with the table barbecues where you can prepare your food yourself that I can very recommend. A tip. The Koreans are not equal to the Japanese, there are often 2 food cards here. One of them is prices for the indigenous and there is the food card for tourists who do not appreciate the food as precious. As a tip, I upload a visit card from a local visiting us, because I don't have a Japanese keyboard. The nearby train stations are very quickly reaching the center of Osaka and the Castle is not far away. Concluded: A good and cheap starting location to explore Osaka.

This place is unreal! The place itself is ultra modern home away from home, it has THE comfiest beds ever and is super clean and the facilities are all so well decorated and keept so clean! The staff are what makes this hostel... they are next level helpful and are the kindest loveliest people i have ever met :) They made our stay so special and actually made our trip to not just Osaka but Japan! i would come back to japan just to come see these guys. I couldn’t reccommend this hostel more! Also it’s close to the station so can get to anywhere like Kyoto, Nara, Tokyo! AND they have an amazing bar menu! Thanks guys for making our holiday love you all :) bec x
