Superb location, and located just above the Nankai Namba station, accessible to most rail lines from the underground. Rooms were considered big for a Japan hotel and service were excellent. Staff were highly professional, friendly and reliable. However, to note that if you wish to use the spa facilities (hot bath and sauna), you will need to get at least a Swiss Select room or higher (executive, suite etc). Otherwise, will need to pay 2200 yen per pax/day for use of the spa facilities. (Suggest for hotel to consider to put the information on their website). For breakfast, we were given an option to buy the breakfast at 20% discount, but will need to book 1 day in advance from hotel lobby. Truly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

The hotel is right next to the Namba Parks Shopping mall. For those who opted to use the Nankai Rapid Train can reach the hotel within an hour from the KIX station, if the queue for buying the train tickets is not too long. From train station, it was simply a 5 to 10min max if with big luggage. Around 10 walk to the nearest Namba Metro Station, or 15 min if you choose to use the Hanshin train line for Kobe or Kintetsu line for Nara as the two train lines shared a common station. The room is spacious for Japanese standards but could be bigger in reality for two people to open both luggages at the same time. It’s good that they have designed the toilet area into three separate spaces, so each space can be utilise by a person at a time without crossing the other’s path. Overall, well recommended for everyone who wants to stay in Namba area, and the staff checking in and out for us was the same person with a super nice and welcoming attitude. Such a good memory to remember.

I stayed for five nights here and it was a very good experience staying here! my twin room has two single beds of good quality mattress (a bit firm) and nice thick blanket. the room size is okay, understandable as most hotel room on this budget in big cities in Japan is usually very compact and small. the room lacks racks / place to put your luggage, however, there is daybed / sofa that i put my luggage into. there is water heater and two cups, but lack of instant coffee / tea, however, at the lobby, they provide good quality all you can drink coffee, tea, soda and etc, from 3pm to 10am. bathrobe is in drawer. slippers are provided The room is clean, well lit but the only windows is frosted glass so can't see anything outside. bathroom is well sized, with bathtub and shower head too. standard bathroom amenities are all provided and complete and good quality. even better, they provide sachets of body lotion, cleansing oil, toner, shaving cream and after shave lotion! However, they implement what they call as 'eco-cleaning', thorough cleaning and changing of blanket and linen is only done on 3rd day of your stay, however, the staff will replenish all of your amenities everyday and also replace towel. wifi works great, airconditioner excellent too. location wise, its in the center of Osaka, very near to the dotonbori, shinsaibashi and namba area, which means, its in the centre of food-mecca of osaka. there are two metro line nearby too that will get you anywhere. if you are returning to KIX airport, a 10-15 min walk to namba station north entry is easy. another highlight of my stay is their staff is so friendly, particularly Jason who speaks english really well! he even took initiative to provide us with huge paper bag after seeing is bringing lots of goods on separate plastic bag. thank you so much Jason, you are what every hotel need on reception desk :)

We arrived at the hotel in the evening, the desk information staff can speak English so that all of the information that we should know were been explained in details, they have some DM also that we can save money for our first-night dinner at the Namba city. The facilities are clean and quiet, great service from the counter up to the breakfast in the following morning. You can get the clothes and bathroom things besides the desk counter anytime you needed. I love the Mocha Tea there also, I drink in the evening before going to sleep and in the morning when I woke. This is a great hotel for travelers in the City of Namba.

The amenities supply was great, staff at the front desk are great as well, same goes to the location. The only issue we had was that our door is not closed when we came back to the hotel room. We were in shock, so we called the front desk to ask if anything went wrong that they need to leave the door unlocked. However, there was no return call to give an explanation. Probably the cleaner has forgotten to close the door, luckily nothing went missing.

Hotel's location was very convenient, though the area was abit shady at night and might not be suitable for families with kids. It's also abit hard to get to the hotel with a luggage due to the crowds, so its best to take a taxi to and fro the subway stations with a luggage. Hotel does not provide housekeeping for guests staying more than 2 nights, for some unknown reason. Wasn't aware of that when we booked.

It was such a lovely experience. The room was pretty huge, enough space to put our luggage and unpack and repack our things. The level of cleanliness was also very good. The staff were very helpful and nice. They even have luggage storage which was pretty safe and secure since we came earlier than our check-in time and we still wanted to explore around Osaka after our check-out so the luggage storage was very useful! The location was amazing - right at the heart of Dotonbori and really near the Glico sign! We will definitely come back again.

Prime location. Located at Namba Station (Exit B21) with 2 way escalator. Came in from Kyoto and it was definitely easy to move the luggage on the escalators compared to carrying up the stairs. Nankai Railway also within a 6mins walk, also allow easy access to reach airport from hotel. Room is large for Japan's expectation. My family were quite shocked with the spacious room as our previous trips to Japan booked at the similar pricing only allow a portion of the room size. Breakfast is decent but 5 nights in, we got sick of the options. Only changes made to the mains (pasta/noodle). Others like takoyaki, is a staple since its japan. Hotel can get pretty crowded, so breakfast can queue up long line. Front desk is hard to communicate with, as per mentioned. I booked 4 rooms under my name for my group of 11 pax. In the noon when we reached from kyoto, the front desk lady (who speaks english) told us the bookings are confirmed but the rooms are not ready so we left our luggages with the hotel. We returned at night to 2 japanese guy whom speaks no english. When we tried to help after waiting for close to 15minutes, we were shush because they got confused of my booking (1 quad, 1 triple, 1 double, 1 twin room) Select Rooms

Gracious staff Strategic location Perfect accommodations Very clean Location is next to the train system. Underground train system is interconnected. Walk to Exit # 11(next to green atm). Walk upstairs . Walk 10 feet and turn right into the mall. Pass FamilyMart and turn right into the small alley. Hotel is located mid alley. Fast check in Super fast WiFi Rooms was perfect for solo traveler. Two travelers will be a challenge. Enough room for one small carry-on luggage. Large luggage will be a challenge, but doable. Shower/tub Fills Will hot spring water . Shower water pressure is one of the best in my travels. Soaking in the tub after a 15 mile trek, was heavenly. Toiletries available in the lobby. Shampoo and liquid bath soap in the shower. Not much room to put your items, but can place on the desk. Bath towels and yukata provided and exchanged every other day. Hotel is very quiet , given its central location. Instructions: Hot bath ONSEN for men is located on the 10th floor . Open from 6pm-11pm. Wear your Yukata and slippers provided in your room . Bring your key card and small towel Press 10th floor. Enter ONSEN and place your slippers by the door. Slide open the door and place your clothes and items in the basket. Slide open the door to the shower/pool area. Take a shower using their provided shampoo and gel. Now you can enter the pool and sauna area. Large hot pool (fits 10) and a dry sauna (fits 5) . Enjoy 2-10 minute walk to the below locations: Tons of food, bars , entertainment, shopping , JR and all other trains , cafes, breakfast , dontoburi canal , etc etc Excellent stay . Location is at its best. Near dontonburi yet quietly tuck in alley. Room are small and tight, as its common in Japan. Nearest exit is 25. Exit 24 with escalator which makes moving luggage easier. Hotel can help to receive luggage transfers before you arrive. The Lawson beside the hotel is awesome. Near mc donald outlet and breakfast is simple but delicious.

Very nice & new hotel. Stay here for two nights. The hotel allowed checked in early at 12pm for JPY 1,000 per hour which was great as we landed Kansai airport early in the morning. Convenient location, nice public bath, friendly staff. Like that we can open the window in the hotel to get some fresh air. Will definitely stay here again.

Helpful staff and the room was small but clean with some thoughtful additions (not enough room for a clothes rack but lots of hooks to hang things from). Location was great and dinner in the restaurant downstairs was the highlight. The rooftop area would be a lovely spot during the warmer months.

We didnt get the right code to access to the unit, fortunately we met some other tenants in front of the elevator and told us that he got email on the day he checked in which we never received any. The only thing we received days before was the booking confirmation email with a 4digit code which we thought it was the access code. After being stranded for hours and we tried to contact trip.com, finally we received the email with complete instructions. I brought kids and old folks and it was raining on that day, there were noone to help and no seats for waiting. And it was the day after long flights we took from overseas. Well we wont come back or recommend anyone to this hotel though it has a good location and the unit is considered clean and complete amenities.
