The staff was helpful and understanding. The restaurant staff made sure our dining orders was served perfectly as ordered for breakfast and dinner.

Very disappointing experience. Paid too much money for what we got. Elevators didn’t work. Pool was green and was told to check in that it would be ready by afternoon and it was not. Some customers were told they could use the pool across the street, but we were never told, bathroom sink was spewing water every time we turned it on. Overall disappointing experience.

Paid parking when other hotels in the area do not. Older hotel in need of updating. Clean hotel with very good breakfast.

I really love the Property. Shopping was very convenient. Only issue is that staff came into the room prior to checkout time.

Room was a decent size for our family. Not as clean as we would have liked. Beware you do have to pay $19 per night for parking. And $25 per night for accidental charges which is refundable.

Terrible hotel stay. Waited 2 hours for the hotel shuttle. We were told the shuttle would be there in 10 mins two separate times, due to traffic. The ride from the airport to the hotel took less than 5 mins (no traffic). We finally got into our room after 1am. After traveling all day we were super disappointed when the shower head sprayed more water outside of the shower than inside.
