Great! Fantastic! I was in August 2022 with my family and we really liked it. Very clean house and beautiful, wonderful rooms, superb outside area. House very well equipped. Good location very close to Olbia and allows you to visit the entire east coast of Sardinia. Owner lives close by but isn't intrusive and always available to help by cell phone .Exceeded my expectations. I advise a lot.

I stood there with my family for 9 days during the summer of 2022. The house is great, but the owner doesn't let you use anything. Great pool that you cant't use because the guy has allways a robot cleaning it for the next guests! Air condicioning that you can't let turned on during the day because the guy says it's expensive! He turns off the lights outside the house at 00h, and we asked him to let them on, so he made a tantrum and agreed to let them 1 hour more!(sic!) Not to speak of the garbage, that he was all the time checking to see if we did it the way he wanted. Horrible. Don't stay there! You'll regret.

Location stupenda immersa nel verde a pochi minuti da Olbia. Villa bellissima, camere pulite, comode e tutte con il proprio bagno privato. Il proprietario, Ernesto gentilissimo e super disponibile oltre ad essere stato per noi una guida eccellente nel consigliarci ristoranti e locali tutti buonissimi. Posizione strategica per raggiungere varie località. Costa smeralda raggiungibile con una ventina di minuti.

Location fantastica e vicina al centro di Olbi, servizio impeccabile. L’accoglienza da parte di Ernesto è stata fantastica sembrava di essere a casa. Camere pulite con letti molto comodi ed un bagno privato per ogni stanza. Torneremo sicuramente!!!

Super widok na Olbię. Czysty basen. Łazienka i klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju. Polecam na wyjazdy dla 3,4 rodzin z dziećmi. Obowiązkowe wynajęcie samochodu ale to na Sardynii standard. Super gospodarz, pomocny, przyjazny i nienarzucający się. POLECAM:)

La villa è sita a pochi minuti dall’ aereoporto di Olbia, un punto nevralgico per chi come me aveva voglia di girare l’isola e non rimanere una settimana in una singola località. Eravamo in 20 il proprietario Ernesto ci ha fatto sentire subito come se fossimo a casa, ci ha consigliato e fatto scoprire posti magnifici, mi sento di consigliare a tutti questa splendida villa, adulti e ragazzi.

Passata una settimana tra amici nella settimana di Ferragosto. Ci siamo sentiti a casa il proprietario Ernesto e sua moglie sono due persone fantastiche disponibili a qualsiasi richiesta. Posizione della casa a pochi minuti dal centro di Olbia con una vista mozzafiato. Giardino e piscina sempre splendenti grazie ad Ernesto che approfittava della nostra assenza per far trovare tutto pulito. Grazie mille torneremo sicuramente 😍
