very friendly service, good knowledge of a range of languages, very clean accommodation, due to its central position this is the ideal venue for exploring or working in Odessa. also very good restaurants in the near, and the breakfast was good too

Бронировали гостиницу для встречи Нового года семьей, съехавшейся в Одессу из разных уголков Украины, чтобы хоть день побыть вместе. Невероятно приятным сюрпризом стал устроенный отелем розыгрыш новогодних подарков при заселении, в этом чувствовалась новогодняя магия и доброта, которую своим гостям устроила администрация отеля, за что им большое спасибо! В самом номере были открытки с новогодними поздравлениями и шоколадными комплиментами. В отеле тепло, уютно, чисто, хорошая шумоизоляция, хорошие спальные места. Отель в самом центре, поэтому рядом множество туристических достопримечательностей. Очень доброжелательное отношение администрации отеля к своим гостям.

Приехали спонтанно в Одессу 15 августа 2021. Приняли тепло! Заселили быстро! Очень отвественный и радушный персонал! Особенно на ресепшене!!! Оплатили трое суток! НО!!! 16 с утра трабл на рабоье и надо было срочно ехать на Киев! Вошли в положение и вернули деньги на карту без каких либо проблем и трений!!!

Отдохнувши на побережье чёрного моря в с. Курортное, решили заехать переночевать в Одессе и прогуляться по весёлой улице Дерибасовская. Номер забронировал заранее написав в Viber, по приезду нас гостеприимно встретили и разместили в стандартном улучшеном номере.
