Located not far from the Kremlin and other attractions, in a quiet place, next to private two-story houses. Quick check-in, spacious room, good sound insulation. The only remark is that for some reason the room was cleaned once during two days of stay, I did not put up the “do not disturb” sign. Breakfast is also good, no frills, but no pretensions either, scrambled eggs and omelettes are prepared, and there is an assor**ent of cereals. The bar on the ground floor is open until 1 am; this is important if the guest likes to drink.

Wonderful hotel, we came for the holidays and had a great time. Cozy, clean, convenient location. I especially liked that the reception is located in a historical building, which adds a certain a**osphere. Special thanks to the fact that the hotel’s policy allows us not to be separated from our loved ones :-), and our pet, corgi Francis, was with us. He enjoyed feeling like a full-fledged guest of the hotel.

On the first evening of my stay at the hotel, an unpleasant situation occurred. At twelve o'clock in the morning, the side of the toilet in my room began to leak, and the water began to drain without stopping. This sound of water made it difficult to sleep. I called the reception by phone from the room and the girl from the reception answered that they would come to the room now and solve my problem, after no one came for 20 minutes, I called the reception again and heard: We apologize, yes , we are aware that they will come to you in 5-10 minutes. But for another 20 minutes no one came. And when I called the reception for the third time, the girl said that all their services had already left and would only come tomorrow morning. I demanded to be moved, since it was already midnight and I wanted to sleep, but it was impossible to sleep with the sound of water, and to come help me move my things. The girl came alone and brought the key to another room on the floor above, but invited me to move only for the night, saying that tomorrow morning everything in my room would be fixed. I clarified: what does it mean in the morning? She said that technical services come early, around 7-8 in the morning, and offered her help in moving things. But I have a heavy suitcase and I refused help, clarifying that I could leave my things in this room and return to it tomorrow morning. Entering the new room, I opened, as it seemed to me, the door to the toilet and found myself in the same room, where two people were sleeping in the beds (as in the morning I understood from the voices, since the audibility in the adjacent rooms is excellent, that these were 2 women ). I, of course, apologized and left and once again I apologize to the lovely ladies for the fact that the hotel staff did not warn me when checking me into this room for the night that it was adjacent and did not block the door between adjacent rooms!!! And the most interesting thing is that at 9 am the next day I came to my first room, the water in the toilet was still flowing. Nobody fixed anything. I had to go to the reception and demand to be moved to a normal room, without a running toilet and an adjoining door with women. They quickly moved me, apologized and brought me a compliment from the hotel with an apology card (pictured) to my room. Everyday problems can arise for everyone, but the hotel obviously needs to instruct employees on how to behave in such a situation. There is no need to mislead the client that they will come to him soon and fix everything. Realizing that it was already late and there were no technical services, it was necessary to immediately offer relocation. When checking into an adjacent room, make sure that the door between the rooms is locked. What else didn't you like? Hotel employees address the client by Mr. and last name. We are, after all, in Russia and it is customary for us to address people by name and patronymic. What we liked: a variety of rich breakfasts from quality products, a wide range of breakfast times from 6:30 to 10:30 on weekdays and from 7:00 to 11:00 on weekends. I handed over things to the laundry, the service is paid and not cheap, I took advantage of it because there was a 30% discount on laundry services, but the things came back as new, clean and ironed. A wonderful hotel in the city center, but at the same time on a quiet street. We didn't hear any noise from the street! We rested there for 3 days during the June holidays. The room is small (standard), there is carpet on the floor, 2 windows that open, no balcony. The bathroom has only a shower, a hairdryer, and a set of cosmetics (shampoo, conditioner and shower gel). A toothbrush, bathrobes and slippers are provided upon request. The room has an ironing board and iron, kettle, coffee/tea, glasses and mugs, air conditioning, refrigerator. Water (2 bottles of 0.5 l each) is replenished daily. The elevators are silent, we lived not far from them. Sound insulation is good, you can't hear your neighbors. The king size bed is normal, a little creaky, but I noticed this only because we were traveling with a small child and tried to be absolutely silent. The pillows are not good for my discerning taste, they are all kind of big. As for traveling with a child. Be sure to take your birth certificate with you! A crib is provided upon request. BUT it is not a crib, but a playpen. It is very unfortunate that they do not warn about this in advance and the hotel does not have at least the simplest wooden cribs. The playpen does not have a hard mattress, which is necessary for small children; it is slippery and it is very inconvenient to move the baby, because The bottom of the arena is almost on the floor. This is a big minus in my opinion. The bedside lamp also works very strangely: the tiny lamp for reading a book only lights up AT THE SAME TIME as the main bedside lamp. We went down to the gym, it’s tiny and more for cardio than strength training for men. There are some light dumbbells, a yoga bar, and several exercise machines. In general, I liked everything, except for the organization of the children's place.

Excellent rooms with amazing mattresses and pillows) Noise insulation is five C +, this is rare, alas! almost the very center, to Rozhdestvenskaya (where the bars and restaurants are))) five minutes walk down... to the Kremlin about 15 minutes walk... everything is a walking distance! The breakfasts are excellent in quality, but you have to ask for some little things to be brought to your room, for example, a toothbrush with toothpaste, a shoe horn or a travel kit... but the overall impression did not spoil, since the service and people at the hotel are wonderful! In general, I liked the hotel (good location, well-equipped room). But: living on the fifth floor (we rented two rooms for three people), you feel a constant lack of water pressure in the shower and sink, which causes discomfort. We stayed for two nights, the water situation was unchanged, which indicates the persistence of the problem. I can also note the lack of professionalism of the staff in the lobby bar: bringing up internal conflicts in front of guests is, in my opinion, wrong. The lobby bar itself, by the way, is not cheap: 40 ml of Jagermaster, for example, costs 700 wooden ones.
