Ningbo is a special city to me. I have been back twice since graduation. I took Dabao once, and Xiaobao was three years old when I came the second time. The hotel I chose this time was a temporary reservation during the 5-1 period. This price is really a bargain in Tianyi. Great location. The professional and enthusiastic service attitude of Liang Shuang, the deputy manager of the front office department of the hotel, makes people feel at home. Will continue to choose next time!

Hotel was quite good, location is perfect, right next to city center, and parking is included. Staff was very nice and helped us getting a room without smoke smell. Room was quite spacious. On the negative side : the hotel and surrounding was pretty noisy (either door closing quite strongly, or the noise street - horns very painful in the evening). The hotel smells scold smoke, and EV charging needs a maintenance (I don’t think any of the station was actually in service…)

Super super awesome! The customer service is super good! My friend and I came to play with college students and booked tickets on Ctrip. Two little girls. After the reservation was made, the hotel arranged for us a room on the 203 floor, which was considered safer, because it was too high and there were not enough people. When I checked out, I called the customer service. The customer service met our requirements and extended the check-out time for two hours free of charge, so that we had enough time to pack our luggage. The hotel environment is very good! We enjoyed one night at this hotel. Clean and simple. Wonderful breakfast in a compact dining area, many choices and a chef cooking fresh noodles and other Chinese breakfast staples. Well thought out with plates and chopsticks right in front when you enter. Best thing about this hotel is being able to walk across a bridge in one direction (e.g. to the east) then along the river front to Laowaitan restaurants and bars, then back via another bridge to the west of the hotel. A nice loop. Only surprise was that nearly all restaurants and bars were closed during Spring Festival, so we enjoyed a longer walk in cold rain, into the centre of the city to find a light dinner.
