服務很好，前台給升級了朝南的房間，在同等價位的酒店裡性價比算很高了，設施看起來也蠻新的，健身房自助洗衣房都有。入住的時候還提供橘子免費品嚐，房間迷你吧也有免費零食跟飲品，這樣一家設施完善服務貼心的地方，住這裏就對了哈哈！

多年開元粉，外出習慣還是喜歡訂在開元。這家店第一次去，房間挺乾淨的，空間也挺大。五一期間價格普遍偏高，也能接受。酒店前台服務熱情周到 ，辦理入住的時候還送了小點心，點贊。另外需要提醒的是，洗漱品需要辦理入住的時候問前台要，不然就得派小機器人給你送，哈哈哈

剛開業的時候前台服務都挺好，現在前台一塌糊塗。辦個退房搞得不罵人都不行。入住還讓去攜程取消，可以便宜30塊，信譽何在？
