臨時住一晚，訂的豪華標間，朝向向北。這天氣温28℃，晚上巨熱。房間空調衹能吹風，問前台説統一不給開冷空調。設施老舊，浴缸巨小衹能小孩子泡泡。隔音極差，早飯東西巨少，且小孩收費與攜程價格不符？請問貴酒店服務標準在哪裡？？？

過來出差偶然發現的一家寶藏店，酒店設施完善，前台小姐姐待人熱情，晚上需要晚餐可以到他們的客餐廳預訂，想嘗試其他，周圍就是美食一條街。值得推薦，下次來寧波旅行，這家還會是我的不二選擇

這家酒店真心不錯！老牌四星，但是設施保養不錯，大堂也一直有阿姨在推塵。周邊吃飯遊玩地方挺多，店裡餐飲生意很好，有些菜餚當季的，很有特色。客房乾淨衞生，燈光很柔和，感覺舒適！點贊👍

酒店房間新裝修過了，以前也住他們家，酒店是中餐廳與住宿一體，點餐直接可以送到客房，真方便，菜品也相當不錯，味道很好，前台接待熱情，房間床睡的很舒服，還有酸奶贈送😲！值得推薦

淋浴室隔斷密封沒做好，到處流水，被子一股異味發黑！拖鞋彎曲變形嚴重，不知穿了多久還放在客房反覆用！早餐一般般，早上自助餐廳黑呼呼，燈也不開，怎對得起四星級酒店的招牌！
