非常差的一次入住體驗，一進門就是非常濃的煙味，被子也是很濃的煙味，要求換房被拒絕，解決方案是提供一個空氣凈化器，服務員搬來一台滿是灰塵的空氣凈化器，也沒有插電打開就立刻跑走，我插上插頭研究了半天打不開，再次聯繫前台服務人員才來處理，整個過程服務態度就是事不關己，對於房間有這麼濃的煙味沒有任何抱歉，衹是説他們也沒有辦法。。。。希望服務的專業性能有所改善！！！

房間新裝修的，有裝修異味。不建議有孩子的入住。
空調噪聲太大，比窗外的車流聲還大洗手間很大。
沖涼間也很大，需要光腳沖涼，沐浴露沖後，打滑。找前台要雙沖涼拖鞋，不耐煩和應付，不提供也不聽建議。

這次來寧波度假住寧波大酒店來懷舊，沒想到前台小姐姐熱情好客，主動幫我升房，原來30平房間翻了倍，又大氣又整潔住得太舒服了，以前都是住五星級酒店，真沒想到寧波大酒店水準不比五星差，而且地段太好了，對面天一廣場，三江口都在那裡，下次再來沒有第二選擇

設施：55平的房間就是豪氣，衣帽間，茶水間，衞生、洗浴，每個區域都分割的明明白白清清楚楚，就連睡覺和客廳之間，雖然沒有那一道牆，燈光卻做到了互不打擾。
衞生：很乾凈，無論毛巾還是浴巾，都很柔軟，雪白，看不到一點點的漬痕
環境：天一廣場邊上，樓下是和義購物中心，晚上無論是江景還是城景，都很漂亮。出門就是地鐵1號線，距離2號線也就6、7分鐘的路程，交通便利
服務：前台小哥哥小姐姐們都是彬彬有禮柔聲細語

寧波大酒店江景房觀景確實是絕佳位置，55平米舒適寬敞明亮，酒店處於天一廣場附近，逛吃逛喝交通等非常方便，當初在攜程上預訂計劃入住時間是兩晚，後又增加了兩天，值得推薦，次還會再來。

房間面積很大很寬敞，落地窗將天一廣場的景色一覽無餘，20樓房間也很安靜，之前看評論區很擔心有裝修的聲音，結果一點也沒有，開着窗户也聽不到街上的喧囂聲。
入住之前工作人員也會打電話詢問房間有無特殊需求和習慣，服務非常細緻周到，老牌星級酒店值得信賴。
地理位置絕對優越，天一廣場就過個馬路的事，要坐地鐵一號線東門口站也就一百米，停車位也很充足。

非常謝謝25樓江雲閣餐飲部 一位瘦小戴着大黑框眼鏡的美女；因為我們入住的1902號江景房 客廳衹有沙發 沒有餐椅；這對於腰椎不好的我們很是困擾。餐飲部的小美女知道這個情況 親自幫我們搬了一張餐椅 送到房間；讓我們在酒店的四天三夜 能夠住得更加的舒適；非常謝謝她。
酒店的早餐 也非常的精緻；和一般的五星級酒店比起來 毫不遜色！服務人員隨時面帶微笑 並關注客人的需求 及時的送上服務；讓用餐的我們 能夠在一早就在這麼美好的景色裏 享受着這麼美好的早餐！
房間裝修很新 並且很智能化；客房清掃都很及時 也很乾凈；並且客房整理人員遇到客人都會微笑問候及詢問需求 讓人有賓至如歸的感覺！
酒店的位置很好，對面就是天一廣場，走路到老外灘大概衹要十幾分鍾；打車到天一閣大概衹有個兩三公里 旅遊出差非常方便；可謂寧波的寶藏酒店！

這麼熱的天，結果和我説空調不能製冷，也沒有什麼應對措施，一整晚翻來覆去被熱醒，完全沒有休息好，不想説什麼了。圖片是我開了2個多小時製冷的照片，開了兩個多小時越來越熱，既然有問題，難道不應該在住客入住前先説明清楚嗎。

第一次住寧波大酒店，首先地理位置絕佳到地鐵站走路三分鐘，走到天一廣場一分鐘，周邊餐飲、購物和交通極為方便！
房間都是新裝修的，環境可以看到姚江和老外灘，走路到鼓樓，老外灘都在一公里左右，到天一閣博物館和月湖公園距離在1.5公里，地鐵到寧波站一站。
房間電視劇居然用了最新款的電動支架可以左右旋轉電視觀看位置！早餐在25樓用餐是窗外環境也很不錯，同時早餐品種豐富，品質保證！
雖然在部分裝修但基本沒什麼噪音！並且有裝修專用電梯！最後離店還贈送了伴手禮十分貼心！
