還不錯，比較乾淨，晚上也很安靜，特價房價格很划算。在學校裏面，很安全。學校門口泊車位一晚上5元錢。

非常好！很乾凈，這次來寧波理工面試出發的急，甚至沒帶睡衣，光膀子睡的，本人屬於過敏體質，但身上沒有感覺任何瘙癢和不適，所以一定是很乾凈，價格很便宜，超值的享受。環境也舒服，到處香香的，裝修也很新，還免費在一樓打了幾把桌球，早餐種類不算太多，但味道不錯，自助的也足夠吃飽，完全好評。
