The room is so small, and the facilities are not maintained well. Additionally, the price is quite high considering these limitations. The staff is friendly but they can’t assist with restaurant reservations. And the guests are not permitted to use the hot spring and shower facilities on the same day after checking out but this area is primarily suited for snow sports. Considering these factors, the overall value for the price paid is questionable.

Pretty old school hotel outdated furniture but has the traditional japan feel. For myself its a gd experience but will choose another hotel next round :)

One of the nearest hotel from the shinkansen station. Next to the carpark is the skiing area where you can play with the snow. The public onsen are great. One with huge indoor pool and 2 hot and 1 cold outdoor pool. Another one with only indoor pool. The dinner is really good with lot of varieties and delicacies. The room are big with two beds and tatami for 3 and with onsen type bath tub. The checkout time is quite early but the hotel provide free luggage lockers, good for those waiting for the train after checkout.

We can use the free locker for put down the luggages and then we go to ski. The breakfast is awesome. There is the kid friendly hotel because my son can play with many rubber ducks in hot spring.

The location is excellent. There is a 7-11 opposite. It is only 3 minutes away from Echigo-Yuzawa Station. However, you have to walk up a slope to the hotel entrance. It is a bit slippery if it snows. The hotel front desk staff is very welcoming. The room is very clean and I am very satisfied. The breakfast is a buffet style, mainly Chinese and Japanese food is pretty good

The hotel is convenient and clean. There is a free locker in the lobby for guests to use. The buffet dinner and breakfast are rich. However, the check-in time of the hotel is getting later and later, and the check-out time is getting earlier and earlier. There is really very little time to enjoy it. I hope not to do it again.
