Had a great time at the Hotel Viking. Staff very friendly. Food was very good. Room very clean. Only downside was the maid service is every other day. For what you pay, you expect every day service.

Outdated hotel, repairs needed all over the place. Extremely overpriced for lack of comfort, let alone, luxury

The place was good. Found something under the bed, that was left behind from another guest, a container of nutella. On the hotel's cleaning staff defense, it was so well hidden, attached to one of the legs of the bed, that it would be very hard for anybody to find, I only found it because my earring fell and I went looking for it.

From our first arrival to the time we left the services were perfect. Stayed for a quick weekend getaway after the crazy holidays and what a great decision to stay here. The valet personnel were fantastic..we lifted no bags and opened no doors and everyone was so friendly. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with wonderful staff, the bar and lounge area is very relaxing and cocktails were perfect. Our room was beautiful and first class...thank you all so much. Look forward to visiting again soon!

We stayed there over Thanksgiving weekend, and it was pretty cold. The heating in the room went only up to 75° but to be honest, I don’t think the temperature in a room was above 65° even with maximum settings. Also, for resort of this scale, the mattresses are old, hard and squeaky. Even the mattress pad did not help. This is not the hotel with your typical Heavenly mattresses. Overall atmosphere was nice. Checking was easy and pleasant. Location was great.

The room was nice size, few amenities. The bathroom and sink areas need updating - old, worn, shower head poor function.
