We were warmly welcomed and treated as valued Hilton Honors members. Location is outstanding . Steps away from many great theaters and restaurants. Times Square just down a block or so. Nice bar in the lobby area. Clean and large bedrooms. We were very pleased.

I have visited this hotel no less than 10 times in the last 5 years. It's already part of our routine in NYC. The location is excellent. The rooms are just the right size for New York City. There is a pearl that the hotel has and it is the reception, always predisposed and friendly. They make you feel at home. I think it is essential to mention that Zoribel Torres and Marian Rock are #1, I wish all the Hilton's had more people like them. Also Martha, Caroline Ircania, Sid, Raúl, Napoleón, Jhon, Shavonne stand out for their predisposition. If you plan to go to NYC don't hesitate. ”location, location, location” plus an awesome staff.

Midtown West
If you need to stay in Midtown, this is a great location. Let's say you're there for a Broadway show; it's just far enough from many of the theaters that it's not a bad walk at all, and with enough distance that you're not smack dab in the middle of Times Square. Plus, the fact that the Hilton Club is just a few floors of the massive Hilton arguably helps it feel more intimate. Why did I say ”arguably”? Well, first, communication with the property about where and how to check in wasn't great. I can't remember the last time I stayed at any Hilton brand that had so little information available in the app. I couldn't use mobile check-in, couldn't communicate with the front desk, nothing. When I went to the main front desk to inquire about where to check in, the person I asked was clearly annoyed and said, ”Well, if you're a MEMBER, it's on 37.” (I wasn't a member, but I'd booked it online like any other Hilton.) You'd think that as a small portion of a enormous property, they'd go out of their way to communicate. I just looked at my ”Your Upcoming Stay” email again, and yep, nothing about where to check in. It also erroneously states that I can use contactless check-in, which I couldn't. When we did get to check-in, the person was friendly, and she did acknowledge my Diamond status, but didn't give us any information about breakfast benefits, upgrade availability, or anything like that. She *did* go out of her way to let us know that if we needed bus tours, show tickets, or anything like that, we could contact them and they'd act as concierge. That's nice and all — she had no way of knowing that we weren't tourists — but I would have much rather been told how and where I could use my benefits. The room itself was OK. I don't expect much in NYC, but it was clean and relatively comfortable. Bizarrely, there was only a nightstand on one side of the bed. On my husband's side, there was maybe a one-foot gap of nothing, and then the windowsill. Even a little shelf would have helped a lot. Now that I know more about how the Hilton Club works, I might stay again if I absolutely need to be in Midtown and if the price is excellent. Otherwise, I'd pass.

Price was very reasonable for this area, everything was clean and tidy, however they didn’t even come with free bottle of water, toothbrush and etc. Also the attitude of some staffs were not that polite, but some staffs were very nice.
