房間老是有小卡片非常的多塞了幾次了隔音效果一般。環境細小角落灰塵很多。花灑比較老舊，出水的效果不好，沐浴露建議採用一次性的因為裏面別人放了不明液體也不一定。

樓下有ktv比較吵，用了攜程的免費升房，前台幫升級到了六樓。正巧去南寧幾天比較熱，想開房間的空調製冷，結果出來的熱風，前台告知市中央空調，真的是無語😒後來讓前台送風扇來，有個收拾房間的阿姨進來按了幾下空調的遙控，問我們開開窗不可以嗎。開床也悶熱不通風，我們堅持讓阿姨拿風扇。阿姨態度也很差，還説：我現在很多事情做沒有空給你們拿喔！你們要吹風扇的話要慢慢等喔！後來等了差不多一個小時，才送風扇來😔真的是糟糕透了的體驗

體驗比較差，裝修設施比較陳舊，空調衹有暖氣沒有冷氣或者通風功能，暖氣也調不了温度，開又熱，不開又冷，開暖氣想同時開窗外面是主幹道車聲又吵。另外最離譜的是一百多的房費，停車竟然就收了20，相當於百分之十幾的房費了，早知道我訂別的了。

帶孩子去動物園選的親子房，酒店離動物園就一個地鐵站，距離很近交通非常方便，親子房是一個大床一個小床，小床也很大，一家人帶小孩住很合適，最推薦的就是酒店的早餐，品種很多，特別是糕點做得跟精緻，小孩子很喜歡，酒店的工作人員也很熱情，進出門看到都會主動打招呼，體驗感非常好，暑假到了推薦家庭出遊的可以選擇這裏哦

第一次選擇這個酒店入住，以前都是住別的連鎖酒店，雖然是老酒店了，但是房間衞生很好，設備很新，特別是窗簾，很白很乾凈，去到每一個酒店，我第一件事就是觀察窗簾，細節衞生做得不錯，房間風格是藍色的，很清新，前台的小姐姐温柔服務熱情，細心認真，服務和衞生都很滿意，價格也實惠。推薦入住。給酒店的工作人員點贊，負責耐心細緻。
