This is the worst hotel I have stayed in in so many years. This time is the worst. Other hotels basically have the same problem. This hotel basically has no advantages. The room I was allocated on the first day was X08. I checked in at around 8pm or almost 9pm. The family finished washing up at almost 11pm. Since they had been using the bathroom and the TV was on, I thought the loud noise in the room was due to the exhaust fan in the bathroom. , later the TV and bathroom were turned off, and it was found that it was an air conditioning problem. The plastic surgery room was like being next to an airplane engine, it was very noisy. Then I called the front desk, hoping that someone would come and take a look. It was not until 12:50 that I made five calls to urge the person from the engineering department to come over with a ladder and not even a tool kit. Open the grille, put a piece of toilet paper between the air duct and the air outlet, and tell us: the problem cannot be solved. Then we left. We called the front desk ourselves and asked to change rooms. After a few minutes of cleaning, they came over and said that there were no double rooms, only rooms with two beds pushed together, and this room was next to the elevator. Let's go check it out. After adjusting the air conditioner to the minimum, the noise was still bearable. The frequency of elevator trials was not that high in the middle of the night, so we checked into this room (X25 on the same floor) at around 1 o'clock in the evening. Sure enough, I was woken up by the elevator the next day and went to have breakfast. The entire dining area on the third floor smelled like a toilet, as if I was eating in the toilet. We went out in the morning and told the front desk that we wanted to change rooms. We went out for the day and returned to the hotel at 5 or 6 pm. The front desk said that there was no room yet and it would take more than three hours to clean it. Then we stayed in room 25 until after 8 o'clock. The hotel didn't take the initiative to tell us where to change, so we called ourselves to ask if we could change. At that time, they changed me to a more normal room. In fact, when he checked into this hotel, he said it was next to the zoo, but it was not very close to the zoo. He had to walk nearly one stop through the underground passage of the subway station, and it took almost 20 minutes to walk to Nanning Zoo. Moreover, there was no food next to the hotel. , you can only order takeout. If you want to eat more conveniently, it is more convenient to stay at a small commercial KFC and some other places to eat next to it. It is just half a stop across the road from the zoo. This hotel elevator also has a lot of problems. Elevators No. 1 and No. 2 are like **. Elevator No. 2 can only go to the basement and the second and third floors. Elevator No. 1 can go back to the hotel guest room floor, and hotel accommodation basically starts from the fourth floor. So if Elevator No. 2 is always on the first floor, Elevator No. 1 will not come down. Someone has to take Elevator No. 1 down so that people on the first floor can get on that elevator. Otherwise Elevator No. 2 will always stop there, causing people to wait for Elevator No. 1. You will have to wait for a long time on the first floor to get off the elevator. Elevator No. 3 and No. 4 are inside and the signs are not very clear, so everyone knows about it. In the past few days since I checked in, I have used the internal line to call the front desk of the hotel over and over again. I have to tell which room I am in every time. This experience is very bad. Thirdly, the carpets in the hotel rooms that others have commented on are visibly dirty~ And the same thing happened when we changed rooms before. We had to communicate and follow up by ourselves. The hotel did not coordinate internally, so it took us 2 hours to change rooms. I don’t know what they were doing. It was not because they thought it was very late that day and they wanted to see if we would give up on changing rooms. They fooled us. They didn’t take the initiative to tell us when they would come to deal with it. Why hasn’t the engineering department come to deal with it yet? There was no clue that they were working hard to deal with it. The feeling about this matter, we made five phone calls in the evening, and the answer we got was: They haven't come yet? If we hadn't been keeping an eye on this matter, I feel like they would have failed. This hotel really made me feel useless for the first time.

The size of the family room is larger, and it is still more spacious to live in. There are also more facilities inside, including purifiers and clothes dryers, which are better if they are more expensive, and puzzles for children are also given away.

整體水平低於我在其他地方住過的維也納。親子大床房作為賣點，但是沒有小朋友的小童洗護用具，後面打了電話送了一份來，服務人員不太熱情。衞生感覺不怎樣，地毯灰很厚的感覺，房間裏一股很潮濕的味道，我以為是因為回南天廣西都這樣，但是在北海在潿洲島住宿的地方都沒這種情況。交通還算便利，離動物園地鐵站不遠，有一説一，三百塊錢不算貴但居住體驗還不如我住的一百多的民宿，剛裝修好的時候應該也還是不錯，但是現在明顯感覺設施老舊了沒有好好維護。早餐還行，品類不算豐富但是夠選擇了，説了小朋友起不來床也給了口袋打包，這點好評。

酒店離南寧動物園很近，動物園就在馬路對面，走兩步通過地鐵站過馬路就是，有免費停車並且攜程贈送的提前入住體驗也不錯。酒店總體設施齊全，衞生乾淨尚可，但是淋浴水量不大，相對來説早餐真就差點意思，種類偏少，口味也不太好。
