I’ve never had a bad stay at a Kempinski hotel and this one was no exception. Beautifully appointed room, friendly and professional service, a delicious breakfast etc. If I was to really critique I would say I was surprised to find partly melted ice in the room’s ice bucket and also that I do personally like to have a mirror in the shower cubicle for when I shave. This is being incredibly picky though and neither of these things affected my stay in the slightest.

Breakfast does not match the description, ”European breakfast” but it is typical Chinese cuisine. Food is constantly scarce. A lot of dirty dishes. 4. The staff of the boys at the reception (staff) are not professionals, hes work slowly, they register at the hotel for a very long time. My score is 3 out of 5 points ⚠️. The hotel administration needs to check the qualifications of their staff, there are very few professionals. I would like to come back to the hotel later and make sure that they have corrected the mistakes.😉

I am still grateful for this wise decision. Location: At the entrance of Jiuhuashan Park, fully covered by subways and buses. The only drawback is that there are few delicious food around. Service: This is what I am most satisfied with. Because I have children, the store prepared an extra set of dental kits and quilts. They also tried their best to meet our requirements. They also had a great attitude and made us feel at home. Facilities: The indoor facilities are all well-known household brands, bathroom ware from Wrigley and TOTO, heating cups from Zojirushi, TVs from Sharp...the cleaning is also very timely. Meal: Breakfast surprised me. It is very cost-effective. Wontons, burritos, duck blood vermicelli, salted duck, fried rice, juice, fresh fruits...nothing was too bad.
