Overall experience was good , rooms are a bit aged. Somehow the water was down on Friday night at 21-00 for 3-4 hours , after 3 calls reception finally answered and said they don’t know why many rooms doesn’t have water. Also suggest to review movie list, half of them are not displayed anymore, or play just 6min and then off; lack of English movies and new releases.

The Ibis brand is really good. It is a small but well-equipped sparrow. The super professional staff clearly doesn't believe in cutting corners, the place is emmaculate clean & the breakfast is fantastic. Once you enter the huge Phoenix mural behind the front desk & chandelier above will be testament to the quality of this hotel. The location is super convenient, not far from downtown or the subway. I oy stayed one night, but far and away my favorite hotel in Nanjing!
