Nanjing Zhongshan Hotel (Jiangsu Conference Center)

Traveling off-peak, so I had the opportunity to be upgraded for free. I would like to thank the front desk. The newly renovated room is very good, not too big, clean and bright. The toilet is still a smart toilet seat, the towel rack is electrically heated, and the hardware can almost get full marks, except that the window is opened very high, and you need to climb the windowsill to close the window. I climbed the windowsill on the first night to try to close the window, but failed. I opened it for one night and slept. On the second night, I finally closed it with the help of the waiter! The front desk and floor service are very good. The only shortcoming is the wheelchair rental service. Due to an accident, I need to rent a hotel wheelchair to go to the hospital next door for trea**ent. The quality of this red wheelchair is simply hard to describe. All the screws are very loose, so I was worried that the handbrake would fall off at any time. Later, it braked automatically. And I don’t know what’s wrong with the wheelchair (it should be all places are wrong). I pushed it to the right, and it was so competitive all the way! I thought the hotel only had this wheelchair. When I checked out in the morning, I asked the waiter to push the wheelchair upstairs to pick me up. What was pushed was another black wheelchair. This wheelchair feels different when I sit on it. It’s really easy to push. If there are such good wheelchairs, why did they rent us such a bad one yesterday? That wheelchair should have been retired long ago! Because of this, I can't give it five stars!

The hotel is nice. When ordering takeout, a robot will deliver it to the floor. Just a reminder, the robot is facing the wall, not the door, so it is not so convenient to get things. The bedding is quite clean. There are many meetings. The South Building is the former site of the Inspiration Society, which is worth seeing. The 16th floor, the room decoration is old. The shower room is wet, and the gaps between the tiles are moldy. The wallpaper at the door is also broken. The floor auntie, the cleaning lady, has good service and a friendly attitude.

I traveled with my friends and booked two rooms. The front desk at 1007 and 1010 upgraded our rooms for free. I am a Black Diamond member and I forgot to check breakfast when I made the reservation. However, there is a food court downstairs and there are quite a lot of them. If you choose, there is a subway station just outside your door, so it is very convenient to go anywhere. The guest room lady on the 10th floor was very meticulous and tidy. She would fold my clothes neatly or hang them up for me. I will choose this store next time I travel to Nanjing, highly recommended. 🎧

The room was very well decorated, especially the mattress, which made the sleep very comfortable. The only thing that was a letdown in the room was the shower facilities in the bathroom. The water outlets of the shower head on the top were so sp**** that you could easily count them. The shower head base on the wall was actually fixed. I suggest that the hotel leaders come and experience it in person. The room was equipped with an electric toilet, but there was no adjustable shower head base. It didn't cost much to equip it with a pressurized umbrella, which really dragged down the overall decoration level. In addition, due to the special environment of the shower room, the floor tiles have begun to slip. I hope that the floor will be descaled and cleaned regularly. Apart from this, I am very satisfied.

The hotel facilities and sanitation are very good. The front desk guy helped to upgrade the room type. The hotel environment is beautiful and green, and the location is good, which is very convenient for travel. Relative to the price, the hotel service and room are surprisingly pleasant. I will recommend it to my friends and I will stay here next time I come to Nanjing.

I have been to Nanjing several times and whenever I have a room, I would basically choose Zhongshan Hotel. It is the first choice in terms of location, bedding quality, and service attitude. This time, it happened to be my birthday and they even arranged a small cake, which was a surprise. Although I have a good experience every time I stay, I still found two small shortcomings when I stayed in the VIP building this time: 1. There is no place to scan the parking ticket in the VIP building. Every time I go out, I need to scan the code at the front desk of the main building to deduct the parking fee; 2. It is recommended to make a soft bag material for the headboard of the audio-visual room. This metal trim will clamp your hair when you lean against the headboard 😂.
