the service is very good, all stuff are always helpful and very friendly. The hotel overall is getting a little bit old and the rooms looking nomore so nice, need a new renovation and decoration. Breakfast buffet is good.

The hotel is not far from Metro Lines 1 and 3, and the transportation is convenient. Just across the bridge is the business district. The internal garden style has big trees and a small lake, making it a good place for a leisurely vacation.

1. The walls are damp in many places in the room. There are big spiders in the room. They are rusty and the carpet is dirty.
2. The room phone is broken. To call customer service, you have to go to the corridor.
3 From the second night to the third morning, there was actually no hot water. The weather in Nanjing was more than 10 degrees Celsius. Taking a bath with warm water would make someone catch a cold.
4 The service was unsatisfactory. On the first day I watched TV, there was no satellite TV program. I called the room service staff to do the operation. The person actually said that she didn’t know how to do it. She said that it was probably because the hotel didn’t pay the fee and didn’t broadcast live. Then on the second night, it happened again inexplicably.
5 The parking lot is chaotic. Someone parked the car in the middle. Even if you call an online taxi, you can’t get in. There is no hotel staff to manage it.
To be honest, this kind of facility and environment is expensive for one or two hundred people.
