在校園（生活區）裏，U型建築，左右兩排樓中間是個花園，不用另外搶約開放日參觀時段的名額，自助早餐也可以。雖然是老式賓館，但總體衞生管理不錯，我是屬於外出住宿基本都自帶一次性床品的，南苑床品能看出來都是新換的看着舒服

環境很好，安靜，樓下就是小花園，早餐也不錯，交通方便，室內有枱燈小孩做作業也很方便，院子裏真的很美，不知道夏天會不會有蚊子😅 小朋友拍到了春筍，很漂亮

挺乾淨的，看着被套應該是換過的，還有一個小院子，植被很好，可以申請進學校參觀，夜晚很安靜，位置在市中心，周圍商圈都可以走到。

仿古中式庭院建築，樓下梅花開的正好，香氣宜人。校園環境安靜，就是空調聲音大一些。交通便利，步行可達地鐵站，附近有金鷹，門口便利店24小時營業。沒有電梯，好在樓層不高。可以預約參觀南京大學，可惜這次沒趕上。
