Dingshan Hotel

It was not the same as the photos, they didn’t have a pool and when ask they said it’s at the next location, the hotel room doesn’t have any lights just three lamps and they aren’t even bright, the section where our rooms were was empty it was a big empty building even a guy outside was complaining saying we are the only ones on this building and it so far around a corner, it’s kind of scary.The hotels had different sections guess where we books was not the new section but the old one, the main lobby we good and the buildings surrounding that side but where they sent us was not so good, the rooms clean but just the location and facilities not up to date.

This hotel doesn't have a pool (or didn't while we were there)...and that's the primary reason why this review isn't more positive, though we also received bad service from the front desk when we first arrived. Nanjing has hundreds of hotels, but when you click on "swimming pool" it only has a few. It's important that those hotels actually have functioning pools, particularly when the booking is nonrefundable. We booked an apar**ent suite. While it was a nice suite, it was in an empty building across the parking lot from the actual hotel. I couldn't get my keycard to work and had to go back to the front desk 3 times because they wouldn't send any help. On a positive note, the breakfast was really good.
