Ideal location for travellers leaving Nairobi by Air or Rail. It is located on Mombasa road just past the airport junction and is outside of the Airport campus with a free half hourly shuttle to the airport.
Rooms are large and clean with all the essentials. Staff are very friendly and helpful, everything you would expect from a business traveller hotel.

Everything was perfect. The airport shuttle was waiting for me. Checking in was seamless. The room was spotless. And the breakfast buffet was delicious. Absolutely no negative comments, and I’m a picky traveler.

THIS IS A CONVENIENT PLACE TO STAY BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE FROM NAIROBI. IF YOU HAVE A EARLY FLIGHT LATE FLIGHT ITS BEST TO STAY AT THE HILTON GARDEN INN, SO YOU CAN MAKE YOUR FLIGHT ON TIME. THE FOOD IN THE HOTEL IS CLEAR AVOID, IT IS PRICEY AND DISAPPOINTING. BEST TO GO OUT OR ORDER IN.

세탁기와 건조기를 무료로 쓸 수 있고 세제는 호텔 로비에 있는 가게에 팔아요
무료로 얼리체크인을 해줬고 룸서비스 메뉴는 별로였습니다

自助餐比別的當地酒店種類少一半兒，太少了！口感也不咋地。服務一般，自己沒弄明白誰結賬的事兒，我聯繫半天幫他們弄明白了，麻煩我半天連抱歉或者謝謝都沒有，人才。
最人才的是，我在這兒待了一宿慌亂中丟了兩百多買的全新望遠鏡，我還以為是沒從中國帶出來，回家發現確實帶出來了，到肯尼亞第二天就沒了，1000%是這兒丟的，居然告訴我沒找着，要是查監控之類的必將找到元兇！之前在俄羅斯丟了三千的手串都拾金不昧，在這兒真是遭遇了奇葩的五星級酒店。
