We stayed for 2 nights at the TIAD Autograph Collection, which just opened in July this year on weekdays in November. All rooms are over 50 ㎡ and are equipped with banquet halls, indoor pools and gyms. This time I booked a room on the Hisaya Daichi side, but it was a very comfortable stay. However, the tablet that operates various facilities in the guest room was not easy to use, and sometimes it was not possible to control the lighting and air conditioning as I thought. I was worried about the soft side when I saw other word of mouth, but I was able to receive good service generally.

I got an upgrade and went to the room on the 9th floor. The small room on the right immediately after entering is the kitchen room. It was even equipped with a microwave. When you open the door next to it, there is even a washing machine. It is a specification for long-term stays. The bath and toilet are separate. Amenity is BVLGARI in a large bathroom and large bathtub. Nothing to say anymore. The room specifications are semi-suite class. Breakfast is a semi-buffet such as salad with American breakfast and Japanese set meal choice. I chose a Japanese set meal, but it would have been great if it had freshly baked soup rolls. No, it was a cold night with snow, but it was the best hotel stay.

Very nice view in the room;) You have to go to check in on the 31/F lobby. But there is no sign and even no staffs to welcome you at the entrance… After check in, you have to move your luggages by yourself (this is a 4.5stars hotel…) When I check out, the staff would like to charge me ¥5000 for the car parking fee (but they even didn’t ask for details before they want to charge me , and of cause they don’t know I didn’t park the car in their hotel car park …)

I wanted to celebrate my 2nd anniversary with her this time and found a place to stay at a hotel on the theme of ”non-daily experience in the neighborhood”. The plan is an anniversary plan. It was easy to access from Nagoya Tsurufushimi Station, and the anniversary gift was easy to leave the day before. As soon as the hotel entered, there was a nice space on the left and right sides and the eyes were fins. The premium king room I booked was a nice space with calculation and it was a perfect place for an anniversary! I was able to spend a smiley dinner all the time. The hotel staff was also kind, and we were able to respond politely by email and telephone to questions and meetings about the anniversary surprise. Especially the dinner hall was great. Thanks to you, I was able to spend smoothly until check-in 〜 out on the day! Best bed for healing music and delicious food in a nice space. I was able to meet the visual hearing, the taste, the touch and the five senses of the person! I would like to stay with her again and come to lunch and dinner with my friend. Finally Overall was great, but there are three points that I was worried about (dare to be dry). 1. Decoration options The room decoration on the anniversary was only done by each. I felt very helpful with decoration options and services like other hotels.2. Flower Gift The bouquet I asked was nice as requested, but when I handed it over, I was 々. Also, when I handed it, I was handed over a bouquet of flowers in a bag, and it was a little disappointing that I lacked the mood. I think the cospa is good even considering the accommodation fee and the location around. The room is old, but the public bath is beautiful! However, if you are staying with a smoker, be careful (not recommended) First of all, it is a cigarette, but the ventilation fan in the room is hardly effective. And the window is not open at all, so the smoke is stuck. Smoking a few beers makes my eyes hurt. I usually smoke outside at home, so even a smoker is severe. And, it is a parking lot, but １ｍ５０ centimeters or more cars cannot be parked in the hotel parking lot. You can guide the number of neighbors at the front desk, but it is high because it is Saturday and Sunday. I parked from 15:00 to 19:00 the next day and was taken 3600 yen for 2 days. I was charged about 1 night, so I was gacci. But there were a lot of coin parking nearby, so there was a cheaper place to row about 30 minutes. I think it is not possible to do it in front of OSU Kannon, but I would like to grasp the parking situation around here. There is no Lipi.

Although not really central, being located only a couple of blocks from the Kamimaezu subway stop the hotel was only a few stops from the key tourist sites and the city special sightseeing bus to take you to other major sites. That sightseeing bus is included with Nagoya's bus and subway pass, which in any event is well worth the money. The hotel is also within easy walking distance of the very important Osu Kannon Temple and the shopping arcades that flank it. My room was well equipped, adequate, but like the other hotels in Japan where I have stayed relatively small. I should mention that as is typical of the Japanese hotels where I have stayed, the bathtub has high sides which entail climbing in and climbing out. The hotel also has washer-drier machines -- very handy after a week of travelling -- and its own traditional common bath. (A couple of blocks behind the hotel is a very elaborate and surprisingly inexpensive hot spring.) I should add that my stay came right in the middle of ”Golden Week,” the one week during the year that as many Japanese as are able take their vacations, so accommodations can be hard to find and also hotels are particularly busy. Despite that, throughout my stay I got the distinct feel that the staff felt no particular pressure or stress. I enjoyed and would stay again. But a suggestion: The hotel did have some local hand-drawn maps, but unfortunately they were all in Japanese. (On the other hand, how many hotels in the U.S. and elsewhere have maps available in Japanese, Arabic, or any other writing system??) It would be useful for non-Japanese visitors if the hotel could provide maps with names in Western script, including particularly the number of the exit to take from the Kamimaezu subway station.

N Hotel in Nagoya Located in the middle of nowhere (tucked between 2 highways), this hotel made up for it by focusing inwards. The reception lobby had great interior design. We were surprised when we saw the check-in lobby - all pristine white and luxurious. It felt like we were in a luxurious space ship cell. There were free drink dispensers to welcome guests too. The room was kinda cute and comfortable. It had a hot / cold water dispenser in it - my first encounter of such in a hotel room. The bathroom was interesting. There were luxurious amenities, toiletries and a state-of-the-art jacuzzi long-bath which has lights changing colours. It provided entertainment for me to soak in the jacuzzi - controlled with a touch of button. It was really fun. We enjoyed our short stay in this hotel. The staff was also accommodating and allowed us to check in a little earlier. The overall experience was above expectation.

I did not mind that the facilities were outdated. My initial disappoint was from the cramped bath and toilet. The toilet seat was right behind the bi-fold bathroom door. But it was still okay. After all, it was cheaper than other hotels and we booked it because it was just a few steps away from a subway station and a kombini. However, upon checking out, one receptionist seemed to have changed how he interacted with us. We checked out at 10am and headed to Don Quijote to shop before our flight. We were at Takayama the previous days so it was our only chance to really shop. I was at the lobby, adding items I have just bought, into my luggage. It took me a while because I was making sure my checked-in luggage and carry-on wouldn't go over the weight limit. In fairness to him, he gave me 5 more minutes and explained that guests would be arriving at 3pm. I understood how it would be an unpleasant sight to other guests. I have just locked my luggage, when he approached me and said ”take outside. 5 minutes already. keep your promise” I apologized and nodded. I was picking up the shopping bag on the couch, when he came closer and shooed me away. So I explained, ”Im just making sure I do not leave any mess” and proceeded to moving the luggage by the door (not in the doorway). My friends were at the convenience store nearby, and I was moving our stuff 1 to 2 bags at a time. The receptionist said, ”everything, everything!” I kept quiet and conitinued moving the bags aside. But then he wouldn't stop saying it even though I was still moving the other luggage. So I said, ”I am moving it. I cannot move all of them all at the same time” Whenever he would approach me, I'd be nervous not knowing whether he would help or toss the bags. But he would just shoo me away. The receptionist told me to ”take everything outside” so I moved them outside the hotel, without blocking the entrance. He said, ”no, no. take them to train station” I was stunned. I even heard him say ”gaijin” to his colleague. When my friends saw me, they hurried towards me because they were wondering why I was outside waiting with all our stuff. They were already taking their suitcase and we were about to leave, when he approached again to tell us to leave. I've stayed at different hotels, Airbnb units, cheap and expensive, in different countries; but this is the only time that I've felt nervous and angry at the same time, and have received terrible treatment.

I booked a room from 12/28/23 to 01/08/24. I came to Nagoya to visit my son who is a student at Nagoya Gakuin University. The Hotel was perfect for all my needs! I can’t praise the staff enough. My room was perfect! It was not a huge room but had everything I needed! It had a small refrigerator, a nice bathroom, a small area to hang any clothes, a good size tv and a comfortable bed! Housekeeping was very kind and made me feel very welcome! I have lived in several countries during my life but had never been to Japan. I came to Japan knowing no Japanese and was a bit nervous that I was on my own when I’d come back to my room and my son would retire to his dorm but the staff was very patient with me. I was slowly being taught some phrases from my son and when I needed to communicate further with the staff I used my translator app on my phone. At all times the staff were very kind and patient with me! I can’t praise them enough! I had everything I needed within a minutes walk from my hotel! A wonderful 3 level grocery/department store was around the corner from my hotel called Aeon. I was able to buy anything I needed from food, drinks, and clothing. There was even Dominos pizza around the other corner if you wanted that. Down the street in a different direction was a pharmacy and fast food like McDonald’s . Kanayama train station was right there in the middle of everything and I used this everyday!!!! If anyone is traveling to Nagoya I recommend staying here!! With the train station being located so close to the hotel you can be anywhere in no time. My son was in Hibino so I would take the subway everyday to meet up with him or vice versa! I was so proud of myself for being able after 1 day of being their to be able to get around on my own. I hope anyone that chooses to stay here has a wonderful experience just like me! A mom right at 60 years old out of her comfort zone from Alaska! Thank you Meitetsu Inn Nagoya Kanayama Annex to all the Staff and Housekeeping for a wonderful stay in Japan!

The hair dryer is not able to move, but the wind volume is now a strong wind type, so there is no dissatisfaction. However, access is bad anyway. Hamilton Black is a perfect place. Affordable but cleanliness was never compromised. Rates include buffet breakfast and free unlimited wine, beer and sake during happy hour (6pm~8pm). Less than 5min walk to Fushimi Station Subway(1 station from Nagoya station/JR Rail). Short walk going to Osu Shopping Area. Airport Limousine Bus from the airport to the Hamilton Black Hotel is across the street, and bus stop going back to the airport is less than 50meters on the left side of the hotel. This is very helpful when you have so many luggages, no need to take the train. Yoshinoya is in front of the hotel, 7-eleven, Family Mart and Lawson are all walking distance from the hotel. Most especialy, hotel staff were very hospitable and nice.

We booked a room for 3. The room is nice, clean and spacious. There is a small kitchen where we can make coffee or simple food. There is also a washing machine available. Enough USB for use. The staff there are polite, friendly and helpful. But there is no reception staff after 10 pm. We need a passcode to enter into the hotel after 10 pm. We tried once but not working well. There is no other facility like Spa or Gym in the hotel. The location is near to shopping street in OSU, a few minutes’s walk . But not near to Sakae. Overall, a good and quiet place to stay.
