Best Five Star Hotels in Nagasaki

Had an excellent stay here for 3 nights. Location is excellent being just across the road from the JR station. I was welcomed from arrival to departure. The room was large and comfortable ad quiet. The breakfast selection was excellent with great staff ( excellent additional benefits for being a HH Diamond member which was greatly appreciated) The executive lounge was excellent with great breakfast offerings, great afternoon snacks and a great evening snack selection ( probably the best selection in a Hilton I have had for years). The fitness centre is great ( did not try the hot baths) and loved the congestion indicator on the tv. The Seven Seas lounge was fantastic for a evening drink before bed with excellent service Nagasaki is a beautiful city to visit and hope to visit and stay at the hilton again soon

Located right next to the JR station and AMU plaza, it is the most convenient location in town. The hotel just opened its door in January 2024. The check in lobby is located on 7th floor, where the ground floor has a hotel reception counter. Since the lobby is located the 7th floor, the view of the city is spectacular and the natural lights is abundant. We are checked into near the top floor with a room facing south. Staff generally speak good English. The room is spacious, given the proximity to the JR station. There are quite much storage space in the room. Hotel amenities in the bathroom is quite abundant and of good quality. Kudo must be given to Mr Minamoto san, the room manager. I was feeling unwell during my stay, he has been very helpful in arranging doctor appointment, and even help us bring our luggage to Nagasaki bus station which is about ten minutes walk from the hotel. Even comparing with other very good Japanese staff, Mr Minamoto is outstanding in service and knowledge, and definitely an asset to the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located. When we arrived at the lobby, the staff was quick to give us a print out on how to drive to the car park. We booked a standard room and the room was very spacious and comfortable. I dropped a earring in the room and the housekeeping staff was nice to place it on the table for me. Thank you! I like that the hotel pay attention to details such as providing print out in English on how to operate the air-conditioning/heater and also the TV remote.

I was going back on a day trip, but the facilities in Nagasaki city were too substantial and stayed in a hurry. It's not a new hotel, but it's clean and feels good. We put an extra bed in the twin and stayed with 3 people, but it was large enough. From the room on the north side of the 10th floor, there are no tall buildings around, so the view is good and you can see Mt. Inasa. Construction of stadiums and other facilities is underway around the station, so you can see if JR is running. It was about 15 minutes on foot to the Inasayama Ropeway station, so I walked back without waiting for the bus. I think the breakfast is delicious and the number of items is necessary and sufficient. The venue is a little dazzling on the 15th floor, but the south side can see the sightseeing spot in the city and the view is good.

Nicely located in the British area of the city and beautiful walking areas nearby. The hotel felt cozy, neat, well managed for Covid19 protocols and very comfortable. The staff was trained well and quite professional. I had to settle a personal travel matter and the staff Mr Wang Meng Yao helped me with it. That was indeed helpful and going the extra mile. The room had nice views of Glover hills neighbourhood. The breakfast was nice and I enjoyed sitting and eating from a choice of western and Japanese food items. The Mt. Inasa ropeway bus service and tickets were available at the hotel and were very helpful indeed.Its a good choice for your day and quite a good value. Tram station is less than 2 min walking.Close of key attractions like Atomic bomb museum and the Chinatown.

Location: The top of the hill, so the view is awesome.           However, if you arrive early, you should go ahead and check in. Never go to Nagasaki Station on foot and take a taxi.           I have experienced hell. Breakfast: ☆ ro. The grilled fish is stiff and the udon is fishy ..
