Indoor pool was not In service which is much needed during winter and not mentioned upon booking. Arcade was closed half the time. Would have booked elsewhere had we known.

Stayed in #513A. Room was obviously old and in need of renovation. Breakfast was way more expensive than I read on the web. May have been *******'s fault. The refrigerator sounded like a helicopter whenever it turned on. All the staff we interacted with were great. Bed was average comfort. Pools were great, as was the beach.

The Oceanview was amazing. Pools and hot tub were plenty big enough. We went during off season and wish we would've known that there was only one place to get food on the grounds. When we first checked in, we were shocked at the state of our room. I know that pictures on the website don't represent the whole of the condos at the resort. However, the condo we were given was appalling and gross. Air vent was covered in dust, mold in the bathroom, carpet felt wet, there was no way we could stay. Luckily the front desk accommodated a change in condos and very pleasant about our concerns. We had a good stay for the remainder of the week but checkout was difficult. Left the room an hour before check out to wonder multiple floors to try to find an elevator that worked and would connect us to the lobby. We ended up having to call the front desk and asking for help. They sent someone up to help us and the maintenance guy told us all the elevators went down that morning. There were no signs up, the floor plan was very confusing how the elevators connected the floors and buildings. Our guide had to help multiple guest en route to check out as well. When I told the front desk that they needed to put signs up about the elevators for their guests the lady told me it wasn't their job it was the maintenance of the condo. I was baffled because as a guest, we don't have contact with the maintenance, I couldn't take my concern to them. We won't be coming back, nor recommending this place, ever.

Furniture was uncomfortable. Room was divided bedroom and living room cut off from each other. Only one elevator working for 15 floors. Indoor pool was broke in the middle of winter.

Me and my son had a Amazing time staying here he enjoyed the pools and the hot tubs it’s conveniently located near lots of attractions and the beach views are amazing

we had little flying insects dead all over the floors would clean up an few hrs later see more. Overall i would never stay in your facility or reccommend to anyone

This building needs a major upgrade. Oh and be prepared, there is a $200 refundable security deposit. Our room had a great view and nice kitchen area. But the air handler was so loud all night.

Our unit was very clean. We had a great view, was all we expected. Hotel is some what dated and a bit of work need to be done in the rooms, but all in all it was great. No complaints
