The night we arrived we had to get a third set of keys before we could get into our room. We had 2 outlets (not including the one for lights and the microwave). Their response was, “we are getting those upgraded sometime this year”. When we checked out, we let them know that we needed to get new keys ever time we left the room. Their response was, we are getting those replaced sometime this year”.
When I let them know a ceiling tile was hanging in the hallway, they said ok. When we left for dinner the same night, I let someone else know and was told they would take care of it when someone from maintenance got there.

Good for a place to crash, clean enough, and centrally located. Walls/floors are THIN. We could hear dogs and babies staying down the hall and on different floors.

TV did not work for a day and a half, did not see housekeeping for the whole 4 days we were there, breakfast was a toaster and a waffle iron with cold cereal, key cards had to be recalibrated twice. back parking lot not well lite, homeless guy in back kept proping open back door at night so he could come and go..

This Hotel is clearly ready for a major renovation. This includes the staff. The one younger male person that was supposed to be behind the desk was more interested in talking with his friends in the lobby than assisting us. Everywhere you go, what ever you do in this hotel, it displays years of abuse. The price was right, but this hotel is terrible!

Overall, it was good. The only complaints my family and I have is the beds. The beds are more full size than queen size.

Our room was right across from Broadway at the Beach and that was amazing! The mattress in the fold out bed appeared dirty but the linen to cover it was clean. There were napkins that were tucked under the couch cushions that came flying out when we untucked the bed. Other than that, it was great! The price was wonderful and the staff was very friendly. The halls were clean and the other guests were kind and quiet. I would definitely return!

Had everything we needed. A bit noisy from dogs barking, but we didn’t realize it was a pet friendly hotel. Can’t beat the price.
