We cannot say enough wonderful things about Nissaki Boutique Hotel. From the minute we booked our room we received an email from the team so excited that we chose them for our honeymoon. We arrived late due to a plane delay but the driver was there waiting as promised and he was very helpful and friendly. He offered suggestions on things to see and do as well as restaurants to check out. The people at Nissaki were unbelievable. Friendly, helpful, personable and all around a great group that goes above and beyond for their guests. From the customer service, to the drivers, to the cleaners, to the servers and bartender you are well taken care of. A few made our trip extra special - Anastasia in customer service, Maria our server and Sakis the bartender extraordinaire. These 3 always had smiles on their faces and always asked if we needed anything. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect and it truly was. The honeymoon suite was beautiful. Very spacious, had a wonderful balcony and ocean view and was very quiet. This was a magical and perfect trip and we cannot wait to go back! You have your choice of 2 beaches which are a quick walk from Nissaki. The food and drinks were delicious. While this is a Luxury hotel, the service was top notch, the views were breathtaking and our honeymoon was a dream. Thank you Nissaki for making our stay so wonderful. Special thanks again to Anastasia, Maria and Sakis who went above their duties to show they cared. When your bartender (Sakis) orders your husband a bottle of Crown Royal because they didn't have any at the bar, you know they value their customers and want everyone to have a pleasant stay. Absolutely beautiful hotel.

The feeling of home, not anxious

Went in mid-November. It's almost winter. The weather is not very good either. The hotel and surroundings are quite deserted. Booked a hotel shuttle for 20 people for 4 persons per car. Room facilities were ok. Not too delicate. Just make it up. Looks clean. Not many breakfast options. But can eat enough. Walk to town and windmill for about 15 minutes. But really. M. Island is not much fun. Although very close to the bus station. But just 2 buses to Paradise Beach. But we did not wait 10 minutes in advance. Locals say it may not have started. So the price is 15 Euro. No one on the beach was seawater. Is not fun.

Close to the airport, there is a pick-up service...but I rented a car to arrive... There is free parking at the hotel entrance... After stopping, I came out to help with luggage and lead the way... Then I went to the front desk and gave a map detailing what is around. ...When you go out and turn right, there is a place to eat. But on the same day, my stomach is not comfortable, I can't taste it... I went back to the hotel after dinner and asked for a pot of hot lemon tea. There is a swimming pool in the yard, very beautiful, surrounded by white houses... the room is comfortable and clean... breakfast needs 10 euros but it is also good value for money... it is a complete and nutritious breakfast. The only minor problem I encountered was when I left the store. Because my English was not very good, I didn’t understand it. The money I prepaid on Ctrip with credit card was just a guarantee. They would not go straight away, so when checking out, When I charged my room, there were some communication problems, because I obviously paid the room and the money was deducted, but I had to pay it again, and the original payment to Ctrip would be the same. Back, this is a bit inconvenient, but I checked the bill today, only spent the city tax of room rate + breakfast +1.8 €, the previous should be successfully returned, so I think it is ok to evaluate. However, this is my personal problem. I don’t like the funds to come and go. It is necessary to pay again and then return it. Although it will definitely retreat, it will be a little trouble to wait and remember. . All in all, the hotel is perfect, nothing bad.

From the moment we got there to the moment we left, this was an absolutely exceptional experience. We spent 4 nights at the Amazon and lovely every second. The location was great for us and was in a quieter area in the west, which was nice to get away from the bustle of the main town and the beach clubs, but if you’re looking to be closer to those you may want to explore other hotels as it was a 15 minute ride into town and back and each ride was about 20-25 Euros. Even so, it was well worth it for us because everything about the hotel was superb. Major kudos to Chronis and the rest of the staff for their tremendous hospitality and assistance with arranging transfers and with reservations and recommendations. For room, we had the Eros suite which I very highly recommend if you can get it. Other rooms have a private pool also but ours was the only one that is heated. Also the room was very private and had gorgeous views of the sea and part of the island. The daily breakfast was also exceptional with numerous options to choose from. The pool area was also beautiful and essentially felt like being at a beach club but without the chaos. Overall we cannot say enough great things about Amazon and would definitely stay here again. I only wish we had more time there but alas we had to move on to Santorini. :)

This hotel is a classic gem, with a large open lobby anchored by a marble fireplace and a curvilinear bar. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Outside is classic Mykonos white with vibrant blue shutters. Inside is an immaculate expanse with a maze of halls and marble balustrades, a delightful country wine cellar style breakfast area (except it opens onto a garden terrace with glimpses of the blue blue sea). The buffet is tasty. (I wish that I didn’t require GF because the pastries were so tempting. My friends said they were good.) I had scrambled eggs and mushrooms, fruit and yogurt and lots of coffee Americano. Our room was a charming open suite with the bedroom separated by an arch. We had two small balconies with views of the sea and the famous windmills (ask for room 400). The bathroom was large, beautiful, and they provided wash cloths (far too rare in Greece)! We were shuttled from the ferry port and later to the airport by the hotel driver. The hotel is just next to the pedestrian only old town so you can ride right to the door with an inviting front porch with cushioned seating. We were delighted by the experience!
