We had the heater warmed so much that we had to open the window at night. And the reduction of the power level at least per unit resulted in its complete cooling. The lack of a dressing closet in the bedroom on the lower floor also contributed to discomfort. All things are stored in the closet on the top, to change clothes go there, and before sleeping clothes either put on the floor, or again carry upstairs. The toilet paper holder is so tied behind the landing that it was constantly uncomfortable to turn hands back))) It was difficult to eat. One restaurant worked in the hotel. We had a Christmas post at first, but the post menu in the restaurant do not know)) Everything is very delicious, but very fat. To the city center by taxi minutes 15-20, in good restaurants the tables were booked until January 10, we checked)) Although it is possible to order food with delivery, There are common microwave in which you can heat. Tropical bath, of course, in general good – hill, three types of bath, children's bath. But in these holidays, we thought, there was not only the whole hotel all day, But half of Murmansk)) So diving in the pool was not meaningful)) Plus. The main plus of the hotel, from my point of view, are staff, staff – Respecific, customer department, clining, technical staff, restaurant staff. All exceptionally very kind and responsive. I asked for an extra pillow, I was given it, although the hotel was a bit!!! Our family camp had its own program, under it all the facilities were created in the hotel. We had a big hall with New Year's Christmas tree with tables for creative workshops and for fairs and concerts. Morning time from 8 to 10 in the Tropic Swimming Pool was given to our children with a pediatric coach. At breakfast, from our point of view, there were even more dishes than required. About vegetables, cut, omlet, eggs and sausages I don't even say. But there were, say, the delicious pancakes with tortoise and meat, there was even a saturated soup every morning! Worked a coffee machine, Desserts lay with a lot of choice. And our granddaughter kept making hot toasts in the toast! Our room was a sauna. It was small but heated quickly. And it was a significant plus - after winter walks to warm well)) There is a teapot and refrigerator – this is a big plus. Well, of course, the availability of the ski complex (ski equipment for hotel guests for 3 hours free) – is a huge plus.
