酒店就是一個招待所的感覺。優點是安靜，床褥乾淨，元旦期間300多塊錢一間房，也算合理。缺點是衞生間比較小，地點在一個小山邊兒，出去買東西不是很方便。前台服務人員脾氣比較臭，辦入住，需要押護照，下午才能取，多問幾句就告訴你，如果不想住可以走。比較意外的是，酒店前台旁邊有好多軍艦和潛艇的模型，可能這個招待所以前是某個國營單位的旅館吧。酒店後邊有小木屋。應該叫69平行-3，booking可以查到，但是現在預訂不了。

定過兩種不同的房間，建議住他們家的小木屋，禾木同款，比較温馨房間大，樓房的雙床房也住了，像國內的按摩房，床比較小，但也乾淨舒服，整體性價比蠻好～

在這樣一個不是中心的城市，也許就不能對酒店期望太高。走進房間發現什麼都沒有，拖鞋沒有，電吹風沒有，衞生間設施極其簡陋，洗手池小得衹有兩個巴掌大，洗漱杯都放不了。餐廳環境還可以，衹是菜品非常單一。不過在旅遊旺季的摩爾曼斯克，能訂到這家酒店已經算是幸運了。總體評價一般，如果能定到阿茲姆特或者子午線還是訂那兩家好。

價格貴，交通不是很方便，周圍購物也不方便。我們去哪裡都需要打車。如不是旅遊旺季，價格還是貴了一些。一樓大廳環境好，房間裏沒有空調，通風系統不起作用，打開噪音很大，而且沒有通風效果，隔音效果有待提升。
