Conveniently located near the Ostbahnhof. Check in was a little weird because it's shared with the neighboring Courtyard. When I arrived around 3pm there was only one person checking people in for both hotels and a bit of a line, no priority check in for elite Bonvoy members. Even though I arrived right at check in time, I still had to wait almost 2 hours before my room was ready. The room itself was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was by far the best breakfast I've seen at a Residence Inn, it was more on par with a Marriott full service hotel breakfast. The climate control in the room was weird, they had a very cheap thermostat which did not display the temperature in the room. My stay was during the historic snowstorm at the beginning of December and I turned the thermostat all the way to the plus symbol to take the chill of when I got to my room, but my room always seemed to be colder than the hallway. After a day or so I figured I would try moving the thermostat all the way to the negative symbol and that actually made the room warmer. It seemed the thermostat was only for operating the air conditioning.
