Quite an alright hotel. I will probably stay again for convenience and nearby Mumbai Station. The staff are very friendly. The walls are not sound proof so light sleepers like me may have trouble falling asleep, but then again that's Mumbai!

The pillows the room and the bathtub all are fabulous and really loved how everyone smiled! They also entertained the guest that i had invited for to meet! The food timings should increase like with a better time duration the breakfast is good with good variety

We stayed at the Sahil hotel for out mumbai stay and it was a really good experience. Amazing servies. Great staff and good location too. We got upgraded so that was a nice touch! I would recommend the Sahil Hotel for everyone visiting Mumbai.

Nice and comfortable stay . The only area of opportunity is in the co-ordination between the front desk and room service . I faced issues in billing for the in room dining. Staff kept on changing their stance on paying for the food ordered . As a guest , I had to pay for the in room dining every time of my order . Hotel staff will come numerous times or call to get the payment after order. They won’t bring in the sources to make payment in the first place and will make back and forth trips to get the card machine or QR codes. If you are staying at this hotel , please get the clarity during arrival .
