Quality Inn Mt. Pleasant

It was a pleasant and peaceful weekend

The Indian owner was quite nice and very sophisticated. Clean rooms other than the iron burn marks in the carpet. All together well worth it.

The personal check the room before give us the deposit and told us a small towel was missing but we always bring our own towels because we don't like using the ones at the hotel and we explained that and we even showed our luggage to prove that we don't need a use towel from hotel

The staff were very friendly and responsive, and the rooms were clean, but this property is extremely run down which made it feel dingy and dirty, even though it was not, and other guests were having loud parties and even fights. There was a glaringly bright security light right outside our window, which shone around our "blackout" drape and through the tear in it, as and example. I was glad I had my sleep eye mask. We didn't feel unsafe or in any way mistreated. It just wasn't the most comfortable experience.

The staff was nice enough. But the room stunk. It smelled like muggy wet carpet. To tired to go somewhere else. Slept a while and left before breakfast.

The staff was friendly, the bed was awfully hard, even with limited breakfast needed more variety.

The room was average to below. Just an older hotel right off the highway. Cheap, you get what you pay for. Very limited breakfast options, dont believe the pics.

Not pleased eith condition of rooms and hard beds.

Workers was rude. Room was dirty and filled with bugs. All rooms had a really bad smell. I asked for a refund but the manager refused. I would really like my money back.
