Sink was clogged and room was dirty. This hotel looks like it has been used heavily and needs an update. Also have strange cable tv remote that is very difficult to use. I’d avoid staying at this hotel.

One Elevator was broken spend a lot of time waiting for elevators we stay on 3rd floor
Our shower tub was not too clean we put towels on the tub floor to not step on it.
Vending machine broke.
We could not buy water we had to leave property to get some water.

I have stayed at this hotel a few years ago and it has noticeably gone downhill. There was a hairball on the 3rd floor that I saw every day for the full 4 nights that I stayed there. If this one item cannot be picked up, I am not sure how clean the hotel can be. Vending machine did not work. I told the front desk but they do not have a key for it. No bottles of water for guests. Front desk staff was very nice. Cleaning staff though did not acknowledge us. Don't think we will stay again especially at $100+ a night.

Key cards didn’t work most of the week. Room was comfortable and clean, but the room keys were definitely a headache. Great breakfast each morning.

Do yourself a favor and spend less money and get a waaaaay better la quinta down the road in sulphur springs. This one is run down and tons of stuff didn't work. They tried to charge my account numerous times after taking the amount i paid out. So i had to stop that.
