在酒店過除夕，自助餐的大蝦牛排和酸菜餃子最贊，人多的時候要提前預約，用餐有兩個時間段的選擇，15歲以下小孩半價

房間很老舊，看起來像九十年代的裝修。
除了房間可以看到庫克山，其他配備不值得高昂df房價！晚上很冷，如果來庫克山走步道的話，可以考慮在附近的Twizel找住處，性價比更加高！

節假日遇到了一些問題，但是客服還是非常努力的在傾聽我的建議，並且也能看得出是非常有誠意的解決這個問題。對於我來説也是達到了心裏預期。變化也是出門旅行的一部分，更何況是另外一個半球的事情。哈哈[呲牙]

性價比那肯定是不高的，衹有這個選擇，窗景也確實是美，離旅遊項目的出發點都很近，大多數甚至就是在這個酒店集合的。房間面積可以，但前台服務員不算親和友善，感覺也不太瞭解自己工作的酒店。自助餐非常一般，沒什麼選擇，不太值得，但在庫克山這裏也沒有其他選擇。

乾淨衞生，前台服務熱情，陽台景觀好，可以看到庫克峯，晚上可以看到星空，距離胡克步道比較近，酒店早餐可以邊欣賞美景邊吃飯，早餐品種豐富。

冬宮庫克山酒店在位置、設施、食物和房間佈置及舒適度，都很棒。
房間也乾淨整潔，但是衞浴間有臭味飄出，希望酒店能真正解決此問題。

每次來庫克山徒步都會住他家。房間裏就能看見雪山，床品很舒服，自助餐也夠豐富。
還有第一位登頂珠峯的勇士的紀念館，沒得選，就是他家
