This is a case of you pay for what you get, but for the same price, we stayed in much nicer hotels and guest houses in Tunisia throughout our trip. The positives; the hotel is affordable and in a decent location, within walking distance of the beach, the pool is also great and the food was good. The downsides; The hotel is very outdated and aged, the bedding cushions, bed spreads, napkins and table cloths were all stained and worn (the cotton bed sheets were fine however). Some of our bathroom towels were not washed and cleaned at all, our hand towel still had the previous guests make up wiped on it. The aircon in our room didn't work, so we had to sleep with the balcony sliding doors open, which made for a nosey nights sleep. The reception staff and some of the other staff were professional and friendly, but in the main, the waiters and kitchen staff treated you like they were doing you a favour, some didn't even bother to help when asked - like for a menu or a drink for example. Some of the attitudes I saw towards other guests, was very poor. When we paid for our dinner, our 35 Tunisian Denar meal, suddenly became 45, clearly the rest was going to be pocketed so we refused to pay the extra fee that came out of no where. To be brutally honest, that was the worst customer service we had experienced in a hotel to date. Overall the guests at the hotel we fine but there were some very drunk guests, literally falling over and stumbling everywhere, with one girl was so drunk, she didn't even realize her boob was hanging out of her bikini. We were so happy to get out of there when we checked out.. The worst hotel we had stayed in in Tunisia.

It’s our first time to Tunisia. Our overall experience at this resort has been lovely. The staff, Animation team have been so friendly and helpful and would go out of their way to please and make you feel happy and comfortable. A special thanks to Fares from the animation team who took us on a tour to Monastir and took some wonderful photos. wound definitely recommend this hotel.

Don't waste your money. Didn't expect too much for the price but I didn't expect a hostel! No outside bar, no self serve fizzy drinks....they actually ran out of coke and Fanta?! Be careful if you have the unfortunate pleasure of being in one of the older rooms away from the main area.....lights in corridors don't often work so be careful not to trip over the uneven soiled red carpet. Make sure the kids don't try to turn a light on as a lot of them are hanging out of the socket. I loved dinner time, it was so much fun trying to pick from the same repetitive crap and being shoved out of the way by the locals. No ice creams. No bottled water before 11am (even if you have an early trip booked. Hassled by spa staff. Beach across the road, don't worry about bringing anything that proves you actually stay at the hotel as there is no security so feel free to come and go! Across the road you head down a lovely dirt track that smells of sewage. You arrive at the 'beach club' to find a hand full of sunbeds roped off to create this sunsoaked experience. The bar is the size of a small man cave with basic drinks, no snacks. I wouldn't go back to this hostel if you paid me to.

Had a holiday this July and it will be last ever !! Forget about aircon ,hot as hell everywhere ,only just just in the room but outside especially in the lobby ,absolutely nothing through whole 7 days and also when we ask other guests they have been there 2 or 3 weeks without any relief from +40 C . Aircon in the rooms barely cooling Food basic , breakfast every day same ,cheese really bright yellow and sausages OMG shine ! full of chemicals no doubt ! Rooms dirty and standard . This is 2* hotel NOT 4* . Alcohol cheap local crap ,cold drinks full of sugar without any taste of fruit . Atractions outside are just about to rip you off ,they lie at every step about prices ,pushing you to buy anything nearly forcing you ,. Shoking experience . Not recommending at all .

The people that work at the hotel are nice and friendly, the swimming pool is great and there are different activities that you can do there. The rooms are kinda old and most of them are without a fridge... please note that you need to pay extra for the fridge. The food is not great but it's ok..ish I guess. You can't really complain when you pay their price , you really get good value for your money here if you don't mind some small inconveniences . The hotel is also close to the beach and a supermarket. I would stay again perhaps

Had the best time hear with the family, such a lovely hotel the staff really can’t do enough for you, anything you need they try there very best to help, there’s entertainment in the day and evening but if you want a more relaxing time you can go to the beach across the road, it’s for private use by hotel guests only and there is a bar for your all inclusive drinks. The restaurant staff are friendly and will try and help if you have allergies or even just fussy kids they understand and do what they can to make the holiday as stress free as possible
