there is no service except the front desk service for checking in. there is no telephone that I can report the desk lamp is not working or you have to go down to the front desk to tell them. the window view is facing just next to the hotel. overall, it's only good for one night

Location is great and lots of restaurants and bars nearby . But I found no hair dryer in my room .

The room I was put in did not have a king size bed. The bed sheets were rough, pillows lumpy and the climate control in the room was fixed at 27 degrees and no matter what I did it would not change. The night staff were called and the best they could do was give me two fans. I could not sleep and had problems breathing. I asked for a room swap and non were available. This is just not good enough. The room was dirty carpets dust my room was 409.
I would have rather had booked an alternative hotel.

I’ve had my morning sunshine when I’ve been for breakfast. Richard’s makes your breakfast feel like you’re in a 5 star resort with the welcome and biggest smile in the morning to make your day start great. The food is absolutely fabulous. Great choice’s pancakes made to order. Kids love it. Recommend very quiet hotel for being in the city. Recommend checking this place out if your in Cmk. Heather Brennan

The lodge is central to MK. There are 7 floors, plus two below that to get you to the 1st habitable floor. Very noisy outside at night, as over restaurants. Parking is very tight in the multi-storey carpark, with small spaces, pillars and narrow up and down ramps. The lifts were broken for the duration of our stay. Some people had to carry baggage up 9 flights to floor 7.

Well I don't even know were to start this review. For 10 days of my stay none of the elevators was working. I was asigned to the 6th floor!! After much complaining they reluctantly moved me to the 2nd floor arguing that it was "an upgrade" since I was beeing moved to a family room. When they family agreed to move me it's exactly the same room with 2 extra beds... stupidity at his finest

The lifts didn’t work which was a nightmare trying to lug suitcases up and down the stairs. Taking away from this, the hotel is centrally located, 5miniye walk from the shopping centre 10minutes from the train station. Our room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Shout out to Kelly and Richard on breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. Would stay again providing the lifts were up and running.
