It was really not clear that you had to call and arrange for a person to let you in the room, and that no reception existed. In retrospect, this is stated, but in the very bottom of a lot of facilities explanation. This is a key distinction of this property, and should be stated in the property description on the booking website, not at the bottom of explanation of what I would consider (nice to have features). I have seen others complain about this in reviews. I personally only found out by accident when looking for the property in street view, and couldn't find it. This caused some panic and stress in what was supposed to be a simple check in of a central located hotel room. We had to call a couple times times to coordinate a pick up person, and in the end, had to wait for somoene to take us to the apar**ent. On my side, I need to be more careful and thorough to make sure there actually is a reception before booking. But, I think you should just state this in the first description so there is no disappoin**ent on the part of the visitor. It's too bad, because the property in the end was very nice, clean, centrally located and quiet.
