My stay at Blue Chip ****** was wonderful! My room was nice and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, it was very peaceful and quiet. Nelson's Deli inside had pretty good food. So overall my trip was enjoyable so no complaints

This is our second time staying at Blue Chip and we really love staying here, it makes our time at the ****** more enjoyable, having everything you need right there.

The room wasn't what I'd expect from a resort.
The fridge froze all of our food even after we adjusted it.
The room was impossible to keep a decent temp. Either it was freezing or burning up.
The bed was made half ass... stains all in the toilet. I'm sure some lime away would fix that we live in rural area with hard water and my toilet is pristine.... but it gives me the impression no one cares about the appearance or cleanliness of the hotel.
Unless we were offered an upgrade for our next stay to see if that's worth it we won't be staying at blue chip again.

we were passing through, staying one night on our way from St. Louis to western Michigan. The hotel was clean, towels good amenaties good, bed comfortable, easy to check in and check out. Parking was a bit far from the front door and there was no one to help with our bags. Next time we stay we will limit our bags to avoid pulling them from the parking lot about 2 blocks away. The price was right and we will stay there again

The elevator is very far away from parking and front desk. The pool is not open to kids. The restaurants are not open to kids. The spa is closed...... The elevator and room smell like swimming pool. Will not stay there again.
