Bathroom was not clean. Wallpaper around tub in terrible condition . Helpful workers, but rooms need deep cleaned . Lint and dirt behind door in bathroom . No washcloths.

The spa was wonderful! Loved every second of it.
Our room on the other hand was less than to be desired. The mini fridge still had food in it from previous guests, there was a used bar of soap in the shower, the towels had stains on them, but the biggest issue was that the room and the bed had the worst odor. We thought it was the sheets or blankets. Called and asked that housekeeping change them. Later we got back into bed and the smell was still there. It was the mattress that was holding the smell. Called the front desk and they were nice enough to switch us to a different room. That room was much better, it didn’t smell, mini fridge was cleared out, and no previous guest items were left in the shower. I think we will go back, probably just some bad luck on the room.

The adjoining room door and wall is paper thin so we heard all about a 6 hour presentation on some scam til 3 in the morning on our neighbors we called the front desk 2 times but never heard them get quieter. Was a terrible night with two paper thin pillows.

The ****** its self is lovely. The cleaning staff is very accommodating.
Ieas surprised that some of the guest were a bit noisy.
Our room is NOT being kept up, example: wall paper is slowly pealing OFF the wall and you can see the former wall paper, the shower apparatus is falling apart, the curtains were in bad shape. I would have preferred a comforter on the bed instead of just sheets.
I'm sure the rest of the rooms are in better shape.

Tired and in need of an update. Best thing going for it, it’s cheap. Prepare for raucous environs most days. They cater to youth sports families here for competitions. Pay a little extra and stay at a Holiday Inn etc if you need peace and quiet with rooms that don’t smell like they’ve been lived in since 1880.

Customer service was not friendly at all, room had 2 baby pillows on each bed, they were tiny and you could hear everything from the rooms next door
